Dolly Randhawa walked away from a successful career as an administrative professional to devote her time, talent and passion into the floral industry. Twelve years ago, she bought the Surrey Flower Shop, which had been in the same location for years. “I looked at several locations, but chose this one, because Newton deserves and needs a place where they can purchase a quality bouquet for a loved one, or have us deliver flowers.” she said. If life during the pandemic has taught Dolly anything, it’s that people are not socially distancing from flowers! The period of pandemic has been very difficult for many businesses in Newton and throughout the world. Florists like Dolly and her beautiful Surrey Flower Shop have had to adapt to reach out to their customers, and provide the finest product available. “There have been challenges.
