Matt Cicci, CFA, leads the private client group at Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management Canada. With over 35 years in the industry, he oversees adviser teams nationwide, driving growth, recruitment, retention and compensation strategy, while aligning wealth with CG’s capital markets platform. Cicci is known for his deep expertise and leadership in the wealth management industry.

Alan Cosgrave leads MNP’s advisory practice in B.C., helping private enterprises, Indigenous organizations, credit unions and governments manage change, build resilience and drive long-term success. Based in Vancouver, he was named a BIV Forty under 40 Award winner in 2022 and joins BC500 in 2025 for his impact on B.C.’s business community.

Radha Curpen is group head of McMillan’s ESG and sustainability practice, and national client relationship ambassador. She serves on the board of governors of the Business Council of British Columbia, the council of governors for the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade and the ESG advisory council to the B.C. Ministry of Jobs, Economic Development and Innovation.

Ryan Douglas is president and CEO of Klohn Crippen Berger. He began his consulting career 30 years ago in South Africa and joined KCB in 2000. He became a principal in 2013 and vice-president of power and transportation in 2018. Within KCB, Douglas oversees operations, subsidiaries, enterprise risk management and strategy, and international corporate compliance.

Jenny Francis is an experienced litigator with broad commercial litigation, arbitration and advisory work experience. She is managing partner of the B.C. region, with primary responsibility for leadership of the firm’s Vancouver and Surrey offices. She is committed to furthering Fasken’s position as a trusted adviser to clients and as a place where people want to work together.

Kate Furber is PwC Canada’s vicechair, the firm’s managing partner for B.C. and a member of the firm’s extended leadership team. Prior to this role, Furber led the firm’s assurance practice in the region and was a member of PwC Canada’s national assurance leadership team. She currently sits on the board of BC Women’s Hospital Foundation.
