William “Bill” Miller is a seasoned executive leader in the post-acute healthcare industry with more than 25 years of experience guiding complex, multi-state operations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Bill has progressed through nearly every level of leadership, from Nursing Home Administrator to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing as many as 70 centers throughout his career. His deep operational knowledge and steady leadership have positioned him as a trusted authority in healthcare management. Bill holds a degree in Long Term Care Healthcare Administration from Weber State University and an MBA from Washington State University. He is actively engaged in advancing the industry through his service as Board Chair of the Washington Healthcare Association, where he was recognized in 2019 for his advocacy and leadership efforts. His work reflects a strong commitment to quality care, regulatory excellence, and sustainable growth. Beyond his professional achievements, Bill is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
