AJAR Technology, headquartered in Brentford, has seen success through apprenticeships.

The company has been recruiting young people and experienced professionals across the country.

Whether you’re a large corporation, SME, charity, Community Interest Company (CIC) or micro business, the funding can be harnessed to meet workforce needs and drive your business forward.

In addition, Work Hounslow will host a job fair for residents during National Apprenticeship Week in February 2025. Employers are encouraged to participate and support residents to move into good work. Stay tuned for updates on our website: www.workhounslow.co.uk and be sure to register with us.

Tara, Sales and Marketing Manager at AJAR Technology, shared her insights for employers:

“They can manage expectations with apprentices when they can explain what the role would look like and what would suit for them and their businesses. If you are an SME or a small business, you can involve apprentices in all sorts of things. We all start somewhere, and no one knows everything from the beginning. Employers can’t build their businesses alone.”

More than 20 employers and education providers, including Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, K10, London Fire Brigade, the University of West London, along with up to 400 Hounslow residents attended the Apprenticeship Marketplace event at Hounslow House last year.
