in Hertfordshire, Signature will be offering a Prehabilitation and Rehabilitation service at Elton House. Third Age Living has 15 years of industry experience and expertise which has transformed hundreds of people’s lives. The provider’s knowledge of senior care and medicine has led to fundamentally changing perceptions of ageing, operating with an ethos of teaching patients that there are no barriers to age and what can be achieved physically. Elton House and Third Age Living’s new partnership will set a new standard in the field of delivering physiotherapy and recovery as a lifestyle option. Located a short distance from Spire Hospital and with the patient’s needs at the very heart of their processes, the primary aim of the new facility will be to allow the patient to return home as soon as possible. Pre or postoperative 24-hour care is available, along with the option for a prehabilitation stay which gives individuals an opportunity to move in prior to surgery and familiarise themselves with their surrounding environment, giving a boost to aid recovery. Signature’s bespoke treatment programme is also available to increase strength and restore mobility after illness or surgery. Guests will be cared for in a home away from home environment with a friendly care team, in a fully air conditioned luxury rehabilitation suite with therapy rooms, spa baths and nutritionally-balanced food, as well as growth mindset and motivational talks, beauty treatments and more.
