LETICIA FOSTER: I like that the Belk College is committed to helping me be the strongest candidate possible in the job market. Through my experience in the Professional Development Program, I have been able to hone in on my strengths and identify areas where I can improve. The program gives us the opportunity to network with professionals in a wide range of industries. It’s been great to develop contacts with similar interests who I can call on for advice and guidance. Also, participating in a study tour to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia has really changed the way I think about global business. Experiencing and learning global business practices first-hand will help me remain competitive in the job market.
