On June 26, the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences (Smolny College) of St. Petersburg State University held its graduation ceremonies on the campus’s main building. One hundred fifteen received B.A. degrees, eight earned M.A. degrees in curatorial studies, and nine were awarded master of arts degrees in curatorial, critical, and performance studies. Former Massachusetts governor and Democratic presidential candidate Michael Dukakis and his wife, Kitty, were commencement speakers at Longy School of Music of Bard College in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where 78 students graduated, 55 with master of music degrees, on May 13. On June 21, 13 graduates received M.A.T. degrees in Longy’s Master of Arts in Teaching program in Los Angeles.
