Bear in mind we always need the following documentation in order to handle your application. The original documents have to be shown abefore signing the mortgage / purchase contract.
Documentation required from each applicant: • Identity card or passport. • Last 2 pay-slips (if salaried) or proof of payments of income tax on bank account during current year (if self-employed). • Last Income Tax Return (P60 or equivalent tax statement). • Latest full tax return (if applicable). • Banking reference. • Regarding the property: private purchase contract (for a new property) or ownership deeds (for a re-sale property). • Experian file or Credit Report.
