nowden Wright's new book American Pop is a sprawling tale of the Forster family dynasty. This royal family of soda pop spans a century and moves through Mississippi, New York, Paris and back again. It grabs you from the start and is both funny and poignant. His first book Play Pretty Blues is a fascinating take on the life of blues phenomenon Robert Johnson told through the women that loved him. Although born and raised in Mississippi, Snowden Wright has deep ties to the Rosemary Beach area. I caught up with him, and he was kind enough to answer a few questions.
