YOU ARE ONE OF THE BEST BADMINTON PLAYERS IN THE WORLD RIGHT NOW, HOW DID IT ALL BEGIN? WHY DID YOU START PLAYING BADMINTON? - My parents are badminton lovers. When I was young, I followed their footsteps onto the court. I would say my badminton life was created by them. Furthermore, I officially started to play badminton in 3rd grade.
WHAT IS IT ABOUT BADMINTON THAT YOU LIKE AND ENJOY? - Badminton is a comprehensive sport. In order to play well, people need good stamina, skill and wisdom. For me, the most attracting part is getting the winning point after an intensive play.
IN A TYPICAL WEEK FOR YOU, HOW MUCH DO YOU PRACTICE? - I have six hours of training every day. That includes physical training, weight training and then I rest Saturday and Sunday.
CAN YOU DESCRIBE HOW A TYPICAL PRACTICE SESSION GOES OFF FOR YOU? - 8:30-11:30 Practice / 12:00 Lunch / 13:00 Nap / 14:30-17:30 Practice, including work out. That’s the schedule for what I’ve done day by day.
IN WHICH WAY DO YOU FEEL YOU’VE HAD A GREAT YEAR ON COURT HERE IN 2017? - I don’t think I am outstanding. What I’ve done is to fully focus on every shot.
