Expanding the Land Advisors Organization to 24 markets across the Country and mentoring our Advisors to be successful in each of their respective regions. What do you consider the most surprising fact about you? I have fairly severe face blindness and making it in sales with that handicap has been a surprise. Embarrassingly, I get to meet new people all of the time.

It is a beautiful custom one acre, gated community, with breathtaking views of the White Tank Mountains and the city. We are very proud of the homes in this subdivision. We are continuing to develop additional land around the area currently.

The most rewarding thing for me has been to work with my partners John Finnegan and Ramey Peru for 17 years and watch them grow to just be outstanding brokers. What advice would you offer to someone who wants to become successful in commercial real estate? I would always say be true to your clients needs. They are not only present, but future potential clients. You treat them well and they’ll treat you well.

Nate graduated from Arizona State University in 1976 and after just four years in the industry decided to form Nathan and Associates Inc. What professional accomplishment gives you the most pride and what makes it so rewarding? Building quality relationships that endure the ups and downs of the market. I have a handful of clients that have been with me for almost 20 years. Knowing that we began our relationships with successful transactions, but having maintained them though trust and integrity keeps me motivated for the next deal. What do you consider the most surprising fact about you? I left New York in January of 2000 as a young golf professional with $1500 in my bank account, coming out to Arizona to work on my game. I found my way into real estate less than a year later, and with-in four years became an owner at a startup land brokerage company with over 30 agents. Almost 20 years later, Insight Land & Investments is known as one of the top land brokerage companies in the Valley of the Sun.

My long term relationships with the master planned developers in town and working on projects like Vistancia, DC Ranch, Silver Leaf, Power Ranch, Eastmark, Cadence, Arrowhead Ranch, and McDowell Mountain Ranch, all from scratch and working on the projects through their entire lifespan, several of which are still going. What do you consider the most surprising fact about you? I was in special ed from 2nd grade until 11th grade for being dyslexic.
