Less than three years into the shift, Meritage is already outperforming the industry as a result of the successful execution of its strategy.

LEADERSHIP: Shannon has been instrumental in getting two acquisitions negotiated and integrated while she’s been at CampusLogic. She is also responsible for negotiating vendor and lease agreements, including the one for the company’s new 20,000-square-foot headquarters space in south Chandler.
LEADERSHIP: Under Straszynski’s guidance, the company invested $2 billion into its hotels, expanding from one brand to 16, and unveiled a fresh new identity to appeal to today’s travelers.
