NIGA returns to California By moving the location of the most prestigious Native American Gaming trade show from Phoenix, Arizona, to San Diego, California, the National Indian Gaming Association (NIGA) has opened up a new and exciting chapter in the event‘s proud history. At what was agreed to have been a hugely successful combination of exhibition, seminar and social sessions NOVOMATIC Americas confirmed its commitment to this important industry sector with a strong presence.
With a team headed by CEO NOVOMATIC Americas Jens Halle and VP of Sales, North America, Rick Meitzler NOVOMATIC presented a strong product line up comprising the futuristic DOMINATOR® upright and NOVOSTAR® SL2 slant top cabinets featuring proven successful games now put together in a countryspecific game mix on the NOVO LINE™ platform. Also featured heavily was the Panther Roulette™, the hugely innovative single player Roulette with the unique pinball launching mechanism that adds the excitement of a ‚game within a game‘ experience for the guest. Visitor reaction to the NOVOMATIC product presentation was very strong, and universally positive, particularly with regard to the detail changes made to the games and cabinets that have been implemented following the focus group and product presentation events held recently in Michigan and California.
