Raspberry ice lollies

Why not try?

Purée fresh raspberries and a sprinkling of icing sugar using a hand-held blender or food processor. Stir in freshly squeezed orange juice, and pour into ice lolly moulds. Put in the freezer for at least 3hrs, or overnight.

Give your melted cheese toastie a fresh, fruity twist. Lightly crush a few raspberries onto one half of a panini roll. Top with slices of Camembert and then put under a preheated grill until the cheese has melted.
