SARAH GAHAGAN
(Costume Designer) Sarah is a costume and set designer for theater, dance, festivals, and stop-motion animation film, as well as being adjunct theater instructor and resident designer at Portland Community College. She has worked with many arts organizations including: Artist Repertory Theatre, OCT, Miracle Theatre Group, Oregon Contemporary Theatre, Oregon Ballet Theatre, and Michael Curry Design. Sarah has received Drammy Awards for her costume design work on Eurydice, James and the Giant Peach (OCT), Trojan Women, El Quijote, and A Year With Frog and Toad (OCT). Sarah is always thrilled to return to OCT as the creative process of making children’s theater is one of her favorite things.

directed an original adaptation of Life is a Dream, and the children’s show, Pearl and the Five-Headed Dragon. Since moving to Portland in 2014, she has worked with Tears of Joy, Staged!, Post 5 Theatre, Imago, Milagro, and defunkt theatre. Recently, Sarah worked on pieces for an event called Behind These Walls about solitary confinement. She also works in community-based projects such as Buskers in the Burg in Ellensburg, WA and the Summer Solstice in Seattle, where she mentored students on how to build giant puppets. She has also taught workshops on puppetry at the Kennedy Center Theatre Festival in Boise, ID.
RODOLFO ORTEGA
(Composer/Sound Designer) Rodolfo received his Bachelor’s Degree in Music from the University of Arizona and his Master of Music degree from Manhattan School of Music where he studied piano and composition. He has composed music and designed sound for the recent productions of Trevor, Feathers and Teeth, Exiles, and Intimate Apparel (Artists Repertory Theater). He has also composed many of the productions at Santa Cruz Shakespeare including their recent productions of Hamlet, Julius Caesar, and Midsummer Night’s Dream. Additionally, he has composed the music for the productions of Three Musketeers and Romeo and Juliet (Denver Center Theater Company) and for Tenth Muse (Oregon Shakespeare Festival).
KIRA LOMBARDOZZI
(Production Manager) This is Kira’s eighteenth season of professional theater here in Portland, and she’s been doing shows with OCT, the most FUN company in town, for a decade now! She is a board member for Many Hats Collaboration, and has been backstage at Broadway Rose Theatre Company, BodyVox Dance, Third Rail Repertory Theatre, and Oregon Ballet Theatre over the years. Kira wants to thank the fantastic collaborators on this production for sharing their great talent with the young people in our community.
MORGAN YEATES
(Technical Director) Morgan was the Assistant Technical Director at James Madison University from 2010 to 2014. She has a Master’s Degree in Technical Production from
The University of Memphis. She has also studied Technical Theater at Linfield College, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree.
DON CROSSLEY
(Production Associate/ Production Electrician) Don has been working in theater in Portland for over 20 years. Don has been the Lighting Designer for such notable OCT productions as The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane (2016 Drammy Award for Lighting Design); Timmy Failure: Mistakes Were Made; The Storm in the Barn (2012 Drammy); Alice & Wonderland; Einstein is a Dummy (2008 Drammy); and It’s A Wonderful Life. Don was a Company Member and Production Manager for Third Rail Repertory Theatre from 2008–2015, and was the Master Electrician for Portland Center Stage from 1996–2007.
OLIVIA MURPHY
(Company Manager) Olivia is so excited to be a part of all the fun OCT has to offer. For the last five years, she has worked at theaters all over Portland as a stage manager and production manager, including shows for OCT such as The Storm in the Barn (2012), Duck for President (2012), and The Stinky Cheese Man and Other Fairly Stupid Tales (2013). Her favorite thing about theater is moments of small magic; her favorite thing about OCT is all the dinosaurs in the office.
KIM FREIMOELLER
(Stage Manager) This is Kim’s fourth season with OCT, and she couldn’t be more excited to work with such a talented group of people. In her free time, Kim enjoys walking on stormy Oregon beaches, reading, and writing. She would like to thank her wonderful husband for all of his support, love, and amazing cooking; she couldn’t do it without him.
LAURA FRALEY
(Assistant Stage Manager) Laura is excited to be returning to OCT for her third season. Some of her favorite shows she has worked on include The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane and Timmy Failure: Mistakes Were Made. When not in the theater she can often be found roller skating or exploring Forest Park. Enjoy the show!
