The arts change how we learn. For more than 75 years, Arts for Learning Maryland has connected students and educators across the state with engaging, curriculumaligned arts experiences in the classroom—supporting social emotional growth, inspiring academic excellence, and transforming how students learn.

Why arts integration? Integrating the arts into classroom learning engages students and builds community. Arts integration is a powerful way of teaching that connects art forms to traditional academic subjects for deeper understanding and creative expression.
