However, as a small business owner, you may have the opportunity to take a more thoughtful and dynamic approach. What matters is that you put in the time and continue to be consistent with your scheme. Individual online interactions are infinitely less impressionable than those in person, so it will take at least seven or eight interactions for your brand to start to stick in someone’s head. Doing so with a creative approach may expedite that process for you, and learning from others in the industry can help pave the way.
