David’s connection to the area spans half a century, making him a true local in the field. His journey into the world of real estate began in a rather serendipitous manner. “Literally I was looking for a job,” he recalls, “and I saw an ad that just caught my attention.” With no prior knowledge of mortgages and homeownership, David found himself drawn into an industry that would soon become his passion and vocation. For David, the most fulfilling aspect of his work is helping people achieve their biggest financial dream— buying their own home. He takes immense pride in being the bearer of good news when he informs clients that their mortgage is approved and they are one step closer to obtaining the keys to their new house.
