For a family celebration, consider Spanglish Kitchen
Spanglish Kitchen started out as an idea from roommates Jason Veizaga and Alberto Prado, the duo had a dream of bringing their family recipes that they grew up eating to their hometown and turn it into reality. “We felt Alhambra was really missing this type of flavor and were determined to make Spanglish Kitchen a destination for delicious authentic Mexican cuisine,” Jason, the restaurant’s co-founder added.
Alberto and Jason both come from a list of successful family entrepreneurs in many trades. They believed that opening Spanglish Kitchen back in 2016 was their moment to shine and a great opportunity to showcase their skills in a very competitive industry. Jason explained, “Perhaps one of our proudest moments achieved has been surviving and flourishing the 2020 pandemic.”
