ith tighter margins for retailers to work on and lacking a lot of the bells and whistles of their higher priced cousins, the entry-level end of the hot tub market can often get overlooked by dealers. Yes, it can be hard work continually satisfying consumers who want the maximum value from their hard earned money, but customers who take the plunge into hot tub ownership and have a positive experience are likely to return in the future and in doing so, will no doubt up their spend. They’re also certain to recommend their positive ownership experiences to friends and family. So, it’s an area of the market that definitely shouldn’t be underestimated. With an ever increasing amount of the UK public now seriously viewing hot tub ownership as a possibility, perhaps now is the perfect time for retailers to ensure this end of the market is covered.
