s a single product that offers the benefits of an counter-current enabled swimming area combined with the relaxation aspects of a hot tub, swim spas have enjoyed a level of relative popularity since the pandemic boom and the appeal for mid and high-end options has remained steady and is seemingly rising again, despite the challenges faced by the wider spa sector. Whilst still somewhat of a niche sector when compared to the overall pool and hot tub markets, manufacturers and retailers alike clearly see the potential in the swim spas with both ensuring plenty of choice for these high value, multi-use and often flagship products. Competitive pricing, ownership convenience and of course, that certain wow factor has resulted in an appeal that appears to be much greater than that for dedicated swimming or relaxation solutions. keep fit fanatics, athletes and even people recovering from various injuries and ailments can all benefit from access to, or ownership of, a swim spa, and these are often the intended target market for mid and high-end models.
