eah and Tim’s careers took them down different paths before TL Build. Tim
(now 73) has been a builder for over 40 years and is a Licensed Building Practitioner. He recently retired from the Dargaville High School Building Academy, which he was instrumental in starting. Throughout
Tim’s tenure he secured a contract with Kainga Ora building transportable houses - no easy feat.
