La propuesta de proyectar este hotel surge en el contexto del vertiginoso desarrollo del polo urbano de Nueva Las Condes. Se emplaza en un lote ubicado en el cabezal oriente del sector y donde previamente la oficina de arquitectos había diseñado un edificio de viviendas para el mismo mandante.

The proposal for the design of this hotel originates in the context of the rapid development of the Nueva Las Condes urban center. It is located in a plot in the eastern end of the sector where the architects had previously designed a residential building for the same client.
