Guarantee: As provided under “Physical Examination and Health”, all of the bulls have passed a rigorous breeding soundness evaluation test by Dr. Chris Hallet of Coolah Veterinary Clinic. To the best of our knowledge, all bulls are in sound and working condition at the time of the sale. In the unlikely event of a bull proving to be infertile or incapable of serving cows naturally during the six month period following the sale, provided such inability is not caused by injury or disease contracted since taking delivery at the sale, we will either:

1. Offer to provide a suitable replacement bull if available; or

2. Provide a credit, for use at the next Tivoli Angus bull sale, equal to the purchase price (excluding any purchase or delivery costs) less the salvage value.

Any claim under this Guarantee must be advised to the vendor within the period of six months and one week from the date of the sale. Any such claim must be accompanied by a veterinary report stating that, in the opinion of the veterinarian, the bull is infertile or incapable of natural service and that such infertility or inability is not due to injury or illness suffered during the period of six months from the date of the bull sale.
