The Half Moons Site : Natural Reserve Sebin, Italy Program : the main entrance of the whole reservation
The Half Moons is the entrance of “Torbiere del Sebino” Nature Reserve. By excavating the 4-meter-high barrier, a 1.2-meter wide door is created within the intersetion of two semicircles. The process of entering is emphasized and enlarged by the form of circle, as the spatial experience starts with wide, inviting front door, then shrinking to a door, finally open up to the sublime view nature.
