APG has a wide range of the latest hi-tech equipment which has ‘back to base’ capability for real time monitoring and analysis by its project managers and suppliers to provide graphical measurements of progress and efficiency. The capability of APG is highlighted by the fact that it has mastered the ability to achieve 300mm diameter bored piles with its heavy drilling rigs and is capable of drilling in Class I and Class II rock and up to 40m in depth. APG is the only piling contractor in Sydney who can achieve this milestone delivering significant time and cost benefits. In addition this capability increases the basement floor space efficiency and as an end result drives better overall project returns for the client. One of APG’s particular specialties is shoring wall systems utilising a variety of technologies including piling, anchoring and shotcrete. APG has various types of track mounted drilling rigs from 13T – 50T available in Sydney and the greater New South Wales region. These rigs are capable of drilling depths of up to 40 lineal metres into extremely high strength rock.
