Written by Shelby Kaiser, Communications and Marketing Specialist With spring break quickly approaching, you may be dreaming of relaxing in the sun, hiking in the mountains, or exploring a new international destination. Spring break is a time to let the worries of studying and tests fade away, to reset and come back fresh, and ready to crush the rest of the semester. While taking time off is important for your mental health, it may not always be as safe as it should be.
