ARIANNA BALDO Italian by nationality, Arianna Baldo moved to South Africa in 2008 to work in sustainable trade. Arianna got involved with Fairtrade in South Africa since its very beginning and last January she became the Executive Director at Fairtrade Label South Africa. Arianna graduated with a BA degree in Business Public Relations in 2006, specialising in political marketing. She then studied for two years in Germany, South Africa and India, and gained her MA degree in Global Studies in 2009, specialising in political economics and economic justice. Arianna’s working experience includes tourism, logistics, sustainable trade and marketing.
DR NDIVHO LUKHWARENI Dr Ndivho Lukhwareni is Service Delivery Coordinator at the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality.

FACILITATORS MELISSA BAIRD Melissa is a food-loving ‘permaculturalist’, multi-faceted communications strategist and talented wordsmith whose career has spanned traditional advertising, interactive television, web based marketing and book and magazine publishing. She is the founding publishing editor of Life in Balance, the editor of Green Home magazine and OgilvyEarth's sustainability strategist.
TONY SANDERSON Tony has diverse experience both in the world of entertainment and business. His career-path includes having coached Orlando Pirates for three years to being a known as a talk show host for many years on 5fm and TV1., and also in films such as “You must be joking”. He has owned various businesses including chemical manufacturing companies; a TV production house and radio stations. Currently he advises DAFF on an informal basis as well as acting on behalf of Grain SA in Parliment as a lobbyist. Lectures and chairs meetings on the environment regarding food security.
