Alex Karman

Alex Karman has built a career driven by service, leadership, and integrity. As a dedicated husband and father of four, he has balanced his professional life with a strong commitment to his family. He began his journey in the United States Marine Corps, quickly advancing to the non-commissioned officer rank. While serving in Al Anbar Province, Iraq, he participated in multiple operations and convoy security while overseeing his team's readiness and safety. His leadership was further developed during his assignment in Okinawa, Japan, where he managed the welfare of over 30 service members. After completing his military service, Alexander transitioned to the public sector with the Social Security Administration. In this role, he conducted investigative interviews, determined eligibility for benefits, and made decisions impacting individuals’ lives. Fluent in English and Spanish, he ensured fair treatment for diverse people. He later moved to the private sector, becoming Director of Sales at a prominent South Florida insurance brokerage. He streamlined operations and improved communication within the company. His success led to a promotion to Director of Broker Support and Licensing, where he ensured regulatory compliance and fostered team development.
