How long does the selection process take for a Global Partner opportunity? After the application deadline AIESEC International makes the first shortlist with the top candidate and sends it to the company. Then they will do a second shortlist, which takes around a week. Those candidates will pass to interviews, which takes two more weeks. The overall process after the deadline takes around three weeks. Candidates are notified every time they pass to the next stage. When will I know about the status of my application? Once you’ve submitted your application, we’ll send you an email 3 to 5 days after the opportunity’s application deadline informing you of the status, whether you’ve passed to the next stage or not.
