The future of architecture is no longer just about drawing lines. It’s about connecting data, design, and intelligence. Clients and cities are increasingly seeking smarter, faster, and more sustainable solutions to shape the built environment. As an Architect and Technologist, I work at the intersection of design and computation. I lead projects at Khyyam Ikram Design Collaborative (KIDC), delivering high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces, while also building PropTech tools that transform how we design and plan. I founded HouseGenAI (automated floor plans, facades, and cost intelligence), created UrbanGenAI (city-scale generative urban design with sustainability and policy insights), and contribute to PropMax.AI (3D configurators, CRM, LIMS, and sales-tech for real estate). My toolkit spans computational workflows (Grasshopper, Rhino, Revit, Python, C#) and AI-driven design systems, enabling both clients and planners to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and unlock new design possibilities. Let’s connect if you’re exploring collaborations in computational design, generative urbanism, or PropTech innovation. Or if you’re simply curious about how AI is reshaping the future of architecture.
