Workday is Agoda’s primary employee database. We use it for your payroll, benefits, visa, performance evaluation, and a lot more! Please make sure that you pay special attention and be extra careful when you complete your profile.

Even though the system is highly intuitive, there could be some details that you may miss. We highly recommend you to follow this guideline to ensure that all the inputs are correct (and avoid all the hassles in the future!)

You will be prompted to set recovery questions and answers after your first sign in. Once set, you will be directed to the Home Page.

The Getting Started worklet indicates your progress on your assigned tasks. Please click “Go to Inbox” to see all pending tasks (depending on which country the number of tasks can differ)

inbox Your inbox has a list of actions for you to complete. These are listed on the left pane (A). Click at each action and follow the instructions on the right pane (B).

Once done, always click “Done” or “Submit” to complete the action. (Otherwise, the system won’t recognize your input).

completion of tasks Once you complete all the tasks (make sure that you have submitted all tasks), go to your Onboarding dashboard and check if the progress indicator is 100%. Otherwise, check your Inbox for additional tasks.

on your first day Upon your start date, you will receive additional tasks in your Inbox to complete. These are listed on the left pane (A) and will depend on your location. For Outside Thailand employees Reach out to global.Onboarding@agoda.com, copying in People-Technology@agoda.com for password resets.

I cannot submit a task.

Ensure that you fill out the required fields. The system will not allow you to Submit if there is an Error. Click on the error and attend to it.

I put in the wrong information and already submitted the task.

If this was a To Do task (see task and should indicate “Complete To Do”), you can Search for the Task indicated in the To Do for you to initiate a new process.

Passports: search for Change My Passports and Visas and add or edit your passport information Dependents: search for Dependents and add or edit the information Job or Education: search for Skills and Experience and add or edit your information Change My Photo: search for Change My Photo and upload or delete your photo Bank Accounts: search for Add Payment Elections Contact Information: search for Change My Contact Information Should you have entered information incorrectly, please reach out to our team to make the change (prior your hire date) as you will not be able to change this yourself.
