So prepare yourself for the sweet scent of gingerbread to seep through romantic alleys of fairylit historic towns as wooden booths offer culinary delights such as waffles, sausages and roasted nuts along with cookware, clothes, handmade gifts and much more. Every town will organise its own market in the weeks leading up to Christmas, so make sure to check your local updates for specific dates.
