DIANE DESKIN

Diane has spent over 30 years practicing and teaching Aikido, a traditional Japanese martial art. Diane founded Sonoran Aikikai in 2002 and is Chief Instructor for this traditional school of Aikido. Diane has also studied numerous movement systems, and has developed an approach that is engaging and beneficial to the body, brain and central nervous system. She offers challenging, creative classes that are intended to develop body awareness, improve mobility and balance, and most importantly to remember that we were made to move.

MARYGRACE NAUGHTON

With over 20+ years of Yoga and Meditation Instruction, MaryGrace joins us most recently from Miraval Health and Wellness Spa. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

JEANNE NEWKIRK

A graduate of the University of Arizona, Illinois native Jeanne got started in the fitness industry originally as a hobby from her full time position as an English Teacher. She is proudly certified in all areas of SilverSneakers, Aqua Aerobics, Aerobic drumming, and Piloxing, which is a combination of boxing, pilates and ballet. New to All Seasons for only a month, Jeanne is a wonderful addition to the fitness team!

PAM WOLFE

Pam is a certified fitness professional with over 40 years experience in the sports and exercise industry. She holds certifications through AFAA/ NASM and Silver Sneakers as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. Pam motivates her participants by emphasizing safety, creativity and fun. She designs standards that will ensure participants and clients can continue with regular exercise and improve in order to meet goals without injuries or discouragement, including transitioning from post-rehab back to a regular exercise regiment. Pam has been a presenter at various fitness conferences and continually conducts clinics for various sports and overall wellness education. Pam was a competitive gymnast while attending the University of Denver, majoring in business management and sports science.
