These are the key factors that determine the well-being in workplaces (British Columbia, 2009). Companies must ensure that employees are enlightened with skills that will promote health and safety issues. This also serves as a chance of eliminating literacy in the workplace. In the day-to-day life, safety and security are required. Most of the workers in the society are working tirelessly towards providing secure products to the society (Chapman, 2003). They are also responsible of ensuring that the working environments are safe and that they are structured to the required standards.
