The Asian restaurant opened in June 2017 to great reviews and genuine delight. The wellknown and respected chef, Gunnar Blishcke, who was most recently the head chef at coast by east and Sansibar in Port Adriano for four and a half years, decided to open Katagi Blau in this unique setting. The décor is a talking point for the hotel in general and for this rooftop restaurant in particular.
