PERFORMANCE & RACING

BROOKE MARANGOS HEADS UP NEW AUTOMOTIVE PERFORMANCE PROGRAM For the head of Auto Talent, it has been an extraordinary past few months Founder and Director of Auto Talent and Brooke Media, Brooke Marangos is continuing to expand her influence across Australia’s automotive aftermarket. While her automotive recruitment company continues to experience exceptional growth, Brooke has also recently stepped into television, strengthened motorsport partnerships, and further cemented her commitment to supporting the automotive industry at every level. On June 6, the new program ‘Lady Torque’ was officially launched on 7Mate and 7Plus. Co-hosted by Brooke alongside Elise Elliott and Tegan Martin, the eight part television series celebrates every corner of Australia’s automotive culture, from motorsport and performance vehicles through to travel, lifestyle and the passionate people behind the industry. “The response has been incredible,” Brooke said. “Lady Torque has given us an opportunity to showcase the people, businesses, and stories that make our industry so unique. “It is exciting to be able to bring automotive, lifestyle and adventure to mainstream television and inspire more people to become involved.” The series has already introduced thousands of new viewers to Australia’s thriving automotive community while providing valuable exposure for many businesses throughout the aftermarket. Behind the scenes, Auto Talent has reached another exciting milestone. With demand continuing to increase nationally, Brooke has expanded her team, enabling the business to support more automotive employers and job seekers than ever before while maintaining the personalised service the company is known for. “What started as a one-woman business has grown into an incredible team,” Brooke said. “Building the right culture has always been just as important as building the business. Every

member of our team genuinely cares about delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients and candidates.” As Australia’s automotive skills shortage continues, Brooke believes specialist recruitment has never been more important. “Finding the right person isn’t simply about filling a vacancy. It is about helping businesses grow and helping people build rewarding careers.” Auto Talent proudly returned as the sponsor of the Women at the Wheel Award at the 2026 Australian Auto Aftermarket Excellence Awards, continuing Brooke Marangos’ support of the award since its introduction in 2024. For Brooke, the sponsorship represents much more than presenting an award. It reflects her commitment to recognising the women helping shape the future of Australia’s automotive aftermarket. This year’s award was presented to Chelsea Lawson, recognising her outstanding contribution to the automotive aftermarket. “The Women at the Wheel Award is incredibly close to my heart because it celebrates the achievements of women who are making a real difference to our industry,” Brooke said. “I’ve been fortunate to work alongside so many talented women throughout my career, from technicians and sales professionals to business owners and industry leaders. Their passion, resilience and leadership deserve to be recognised, and I’m incredibly proud that Auto Talent has supported this award since its inception.” Meanwhile, Brooke Media has continued to expand its presence within Australian motorsport through strategic sponsorship, media partnerships, and driver management. One of Brooke’s key partnerships is with Jensen Shearer, who competes in the Monochrome GT4 Australia Championship with Rennen Motorsport. Alongside sponsoring Jensen, Brooke also manages his professional career, overseeing his media presence, commercial partnerships, sponsor relations, and brand development. “Managing Jensen has been an incredibly rewarding experience,” Brooke said. “He’s an exceptionally talented young driver with a bright future ahead of him. My role is to help create opportunities both on and off the track by building meaningful partnerships and ensuring sponsors receive genuine value from their investment.” Brooke Media has also continued its partnership

with Richard White Racing, providing sponsorship support while helping strengthen the team’s commercial relationships, increase sponsor exposure and produce engaging digital content throughout the Stock Cars Australia season. Brooke says these partnerships reflect her commitment to helping Australian motorsport teams and drivers build sustainable commercial success while connecting businesses with highly engaged automotive audiences. “Auto Talent was built to help automotive businesses find exceptional people and build stronger teams, while Brooke Media was created to help businesses, brands, personalities and motorsport teams increase their exposure and create meaningful commercial opportunities,” Brooke said. “Although they’re two very different businesses, they work hand in hand. One helps businesses grow through people, the other helps them grow through visibility, partnerships and storytelling. “The automotive industry has given me an incredible career and lifelong friendships. “I’m excited about what’s ahead and look forward to continuing to support the people and businesses that make this industry such a great place to be.” You can follow Brooke’s behind the scenes journey, motorsport coverage and industry updates on Instagram at @brookemarangos_media For more information, visit www.autotalent.com.au or www.brookemedia.com.au Australian Automotive Aftermarket Magazine July 2026
