Scarlett Hebert opened her own clinic in 2017 She had a dream of following in her dad’s footprints of owning her own business and creating that work life balance she dreamed of She was ready to run her business in the manner that represents her work ethic, mission and drive – introducing Flawless Aesthetics and Anti-Aging Medical Spa.

What separates Scarlett and her clinic from others in our area, is that she is so personable on a very grounded and real level She says, “I have new clients who will come in and tell me that they feel like they have known me forever.”

She gets to know her patients on a friendship level that creates such a comfort and ease when they plan to see her

I also find that her adorable location is cozy and non- corporate. As she has a tight knit team here at Flawless, they all seem to effortlessly keep a relaxed environment that takes you out of the “med-spa” non-zen space and can let go and be yourself. Their goal is to erase the intimidating stereotypes that are in line with the medical field they operate in.

When you see what she offers at her Med-Spa, there are some interesting therapies that you do not see across the board. She says that they work in the “off label” market. Meaning, they work with the traditional filler injectables but have stepped out to offer the not so conventional treatments here in 337 She enjoys working with Sculptra which is a filler that rebuilds the collagen that helps to fill in spaces where you have lost volume, and is a product that can be used in the body. So they work on the nose, leg enhancements as well as targeting the sought after “glute” - as Sculptra can be used in those specific areas.

When their clients enter into Flawless Aesthetics, she shares, “Their hope is they are comfortable in their environment and that they know they are in a safe space with zero judgment.”

When someone is going to be enhancing your body, face and well-being, it is crucial to understand a gentle, natural approach Scarlett says, “We are not trying to make you look like charac-a-tures.” with her friendly raspy laugh that follows.

I’ll second that– There is a confidence as she talks about her approach and vision for her business, but it is layered with an energy that truly does feel like she has been in your life for longer than say- the 30 minutes I have had with her.

Clearly I am not alone in this thought, as she shares how rewarding and validating it was when some of her older clients sought her out to find her new business. It was so nice to see all these familiar faces and just see how many clients and friends had kept their ongoing support for her and her business

She says, “I still have people who say, after six years, saying I have been looking for you!”

She is such a fan of administering and working on herself with cheek filler. The thought that comes to mind is some over the top older soap opera character made to look – over the top of course, when I think of cheek filler. She says, Ah…. I do it differently. She does not treat cheek filler the traditional way. She always addresses the face to create the balance and shape of the desired look, not go in for the kill, and the results are flawless literally

She works tirelessly to maintain her lovely relationships with representatives of the brands they work with so they are on top of all trends and advanced education She has a rotating schedule of paid training from reps who come to her location from all over to make sure they are on top of their skill in this notone-fits-all industry From Kentucky to work on body sculpture, PDO Threads from Dallas, Hyperdiluted Radiesse training from Galveston and so much more. She is truly invested in knowledge and education and of course – perfection in her craft.

Her early on training in injectables was an added bonus when she went back to school to be a Nurse Practitioner – this helped land her first job out of school with a Plastic Surgeon's office. “I was always involved in surgery, from neuro – to ortho…I did it all.” She says. Just knowing that her career was molded in that arena should scream volumes to future clients as she not only has been injecting since 2009 – she has a deeper understanding of our “body map.”

She has her own tricks of the trade that she has developed over time and works through the kinks. She's earned her skill set and some of the miracle accomplishments she has accomplished have me quite impressed. I will keep her secrets and she can show you her gifts in person.

New clients have a classic consultation – she listens and suggests what can help the bottom line of what the client comes in for They may have their own idea, but she prides herself on getting them there, through educating them on placement and movement and the end result. She says, “I get some clients who will send Instagram images asking if they can do that,” and she is the first to say, “You do not need that.” In a world of sell – sell – and sell – she wants to keep her clients naturally enhanced and happy.

Scarlett as a NP, offers hormonal therapy on locations. She goes over an extensive lab she will take and send off herself She wants it done right and she knows when it is in her hands – it is just so She aims to find the best route for both Men and Women in the hormonal therapy treatment, and if she can stay more natural, she will.

She has a lovely crew consisting of Danielle, their orchestrator and appointment booker and the first face you see She is happy to have Victoria on board who handles all the esthetician sides of the Med-Spa They are equipped with all the tools from dermaplane treatments, to the sought after hydrafacial

They carry the classic Obaji lines, which I am a die hard fan of the Vitamin C line. It is a line to the point that delivers. She says “It’s one box that can solve a vast amount of problems.” I admire that Scarlett sticks to what she loves and delivers in the smoothest way for her clients.

She is however always on the look for what is best and happens to be the only Med-Spa in our area that carries the brand Hydrinity line It is a brand new product line that offers two steps, first a mist to tone followed by a Hyaluronic serum. The other exciting note is some of the owners are in Abbeville, La. She was found by a representative for the company who she used to work with who was adamant on her being the one to carry the line here. If that doesn't speak mountains, I do not know what does I will just say “Supercharged Hyaluronic acid meets Poly Peptide Matrix ” The list goes on with the magic they have up their sleeve for the future, but I would test it for yourself You are welcome.

They love to create a laid back environment at Flawless. They do not want a doctor office vibe at all – She talks about families and lives with her clients and they are truly her friends.
