n artist since early childhood, Daniella Cippitelli’s dream of opening her own gallery came to life last February. Located in the old town of Roslyn, The Breadth Within Art Gallery has a unique twist, hosting yoga and meditation classes alongside various wellness workshops right inside the gallery. The gallery’s modern aesthetic brings the contemporary art scene of New York City right to the North Shore. You can find Daniella’s abstract paintings and fine art photography featured within the gallery. With her extensive art background, she has served in various senior-level creative roles with ad agencies and publishing companies after graduating college with a B.F.A. in Arts Management. She also holds an M.A. in Media Studies and an A.A. in Commercial Art. At the Breadth Within Art Gallery, Daniella represents not only herself but other emerging artists as well. The art displayed in the gallery is carefully selected to reflect a sense of our deeper selves. She chooses art based on the feelings that are reflected in the artwork, hoping that these pieces enhance the experience of anyone who enters the gallery–whether they are seeking to purchase art or practice yoga. Practicing yoga in an art setting goes beyond just the physical level. Along with the obvious benefits, practicing yoga and meditation in such a setting allows guests to also connect with the art around them. human activities go hand-in-hand and together can bring about peace and balance. The gallery hosts yoga therapy for cancer patients through the non-profit Magic Happens Foundation. The idea is to give patients the opportunity to escape the medical setting and allow them to come and experience control over their bodies, discovering peace within the gallery.
