A NEW CULINARY ERA
Welcome Chef Frederick Daniel
Chef Frederick joined the team just this past August and is already sharing his passion for food with our membership. Chef Frederick has the distinction of being an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef and throughout his Career has worked at a variety of clubs including The Country Club of Virginia and the Baltimore Country Club, two Top 50 Platinum Clubs of America.
Most recently, Chef Frederick was the Executive Chef at Rockaway River Country Club in Denville, New Jersey.
Chef resides in Wharton, New Jersey with his wife of 11 years and their three children.
Chef Frederick is looking forward to meeting everyone and to creating memorable meals and celebrations for our membership.
