SCC Jeanne Cleary Act Annual Reports

The Jeanne Clery Act is a federal law that requires colleges and universities across the United States to disclose information about crime and safety on and around their campuses. The Act is designed to ensure transparency, promote accountability, and provide students, employees, and the public with the information they need to make informed decisions about their safety. As a publicly funded institution, Solano Community College is legally obligated to report under the Clery Act, which includes publishing an Annual Security Report, maintaining a public crime log, and issuing timely warnings about threats to campus safety. This commitment reflects our responsibility to keep our campus community safe, informed, and supported.
