I’ve got to say that 2023 was a very interesting year! It had plenty of “ups” including a great 31st Annual NightMoves Awards Show Weekend, new advertisers in the magazine, new clubs opening (7 Figures in Tampa along with Reign and Kings in Clearwater) plus multiple clubs remolding on both sides of the bay! The year also had many “downs” including the passing of my father, Andrew “Rock” Serra, Lenny Mumble’s brother, DJ Eric Moon and last month Jim Dato (I’m sure there were others and I’m sorry if I left them out). It was a roller-coaster of a year and we all need to look forward to 2024 with hope. It will be wild and crazy starting with February 29 – yes 2024 is a “Leap Year” so we get an extra day … there will be multiple lunar eclipses in 2024 … the Summer Olympics happen in Paris in August … the 32nd Annual NightMoves Awards will be October 10-13 … and the Presidential elections happen in November … hold onto your hats!

I want to welcome Reign Ladies & Gentlemen’s Club and 7 Figures Gentlemen’s Club to our pages. Make sure you check out my articles on both locations inside this issue. I was super impressed with both clubs and I highly recommend you check them out. We are also happy to see Oz Gentlemen’s Club return!

All that said … I love the holidays! It started with Halloween (see our recap inside this issue) … then moved onto Thanksgiving (it was amazing how many clubs offered free dinners) … then Christmas (numerous parties and family get-togethers) and finishes off with New Year’s Eve (a time to party and have fun). All of us here at NightMoves want to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Please stay safe and don’t drink and drive.

We have a couple of feature entertainers visiting our area in December including our good friend Nia Nebula who will help “Ring in the New Year” at The Red Room in Pasco County. DJ OctoBooty (Daizha Morgann) will be at Déjà Vu December 22 & 23 and she always puts on a fantastic show! The entire NightMoves staff want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year. OUR OUR INDUSTRY INDUSTRY LOSES LOSES A A GREAT GREAT MAN MAN 2023 was a very diﬃcult year. It started off losing my father in February … that was followed by Andrew “Rock” Serra passing away in March … Lenny Mumbles lost his brother later that month … next the popular DJ, Eric Moon, passed away and the latest tragedy happened last month when adult club owner and industry leader Jim Dato passed away. Jim was a Tampa guy through and through. Born and raised in Ybor City, he purchased Diamond Dolls in Clearwater 1997 … that was followed by two Pasco County clubs The Vue in 1998 and Allure in 2016. Not only did Jim own his clubs, he was a leader fighting for adult entertainment rights in Pinellas & Pasco Counties. 16

He always helped other club owners and bonded the industry together fighting zoning laws, six foot rules, cleavage & nate regulations and licensing rules. Jim was always at COAST & ACE Meetings and was a true leader in our industry. NightMoves gave Jim our Lifetime Achievement Award in 2001 and our Special Merit Award in 2020. His clubs won numerous awards throughout the years and he will be missed by many. A “Ceremony of Life” gathering took place on 11/20/23 and here are a few photos from the many people who attended. Rest In Peace Jim Dato … you will be always be remembered.

WHAT AN AMAZING CLUB! I have been in hundreds of adult clubs in my 35+ years in the adult entertainment business from New York to Florida to Texas to Las Vegas to Los Angeles. After a while they all kind of look the same … maybe different color carpet or stage size or general layout BUT I’ve never seen anything like Reign Ladies & Gentlemen’s Club here in Tampa Bay! It starts outside with a giant mural on one side of the building and a marble fountain area that looks like it belongs to a million-dollar mansion in South Beach. The club also features an outside food area catered by Bascom’s Food Truck! Once you walk into the club you see nothing but class. The front desk is made of beautiful agate/ marble and the ceiling is decorated with amazing light fixtures. There is also

a bar set up before you enter the main club. This location has been the home to multiple clubs over the years and the last one (Thee Manor) was very nice but Reign is nothing like any other club in Tampa Bay. It has been completely remolded and is spectacular! Let’s start with the huge stage that has three poles and is absolutely beautiful. There are multiple VIP areas with one being so close to the stage you feel like an entertainer yourself! There is a “sky box” that sits 10-15 people and overlooks the stage with a view of the entire club. The are over 50 television monitors and a light & sound system that is second to none. There are no “hot spots” for sound as the entire building features multiple speakers so you have equal sound anywhere

you are. It’s as loud as it needs to be but you can still have a conversation with one of Reign’s 50+ beautiful entertainers. The ceiling features multi-colored tiles that help equalize the sound. There are twentyfive VIP private dance rooms … yes twenty-five! They feature comfortable couches and are found on multiple levels of the club. The giant bar is surrounded by miniVIP couches that are super comfortable. There are also multiple VIP areas and one has its own pole! The bar tops and individual tables feature the same beautiful agate/ marble tops with multicolored lighting. If you have not stopped into Reign Ladies and Gentlemen’s Club you are missing out on an amazing experience. Plan an evening and get ready for one fantastic time!

When I received a call that 7 Figures wanted to get into NightMoves I was excited. The club is one of the newest in the Tampa Bay as it opened in March of this year. I set up an appointment to get an ad and see what 7Figures is all about. To say I was a little shocked would be an understatement. This is a super little club! The first thing I noticed was the floor … it looks amazing. It is a marble-swirl pattern that looks great. The carpet areas all have the 7 Figures logo and look fantastic. The stage is good size and features two poles and a hoop ring. There are four VIP areas surrounding the stage with tables that light up. The light & sound system is perfect and there is also a smaller stage in the center of the room. The bar area has a hoop so you can be entertained while ordering.

The “Benjamin Franklin” VIP Lounge features comfortable seating and is a great place to get to know one of 7 Figures beautiful entertainers. The bathrooms are well lighted and clean. The club features a mixed crowd and plays all types of music. 7 Figures is an all nude club and is open Thursday thru Sunday 9:00pm till 6:00am! The saying “Where everyone feels like a millionaire” fits 7 Figures in every way possible! I highly recommend a visit to 7 Figures, you won’t be disappointed!

December is a great month for sports … teams in the NFL are figuring things out and seeing who is a playoff team and who isn’t … the NHL season has two months under its belt and we are seeing what teams are playing up to their potential and what teams aren’t … the NBA is underway and the best teams are rising to the top and … live horse racing has started at Tampa Bay Downs!

TAMPA BAY BUCS

This team is in trouble and probably won’t make the playoffs. They have their work cut out chasing the Atlanta Falcons & New Orleans Saints in the NFC South Division. At press time the Bucs have a dismal 4-7 record and you can’t blame it all on QB Baker Mayfield. The offensive line sucks and the defense isn’t much better. I had high hopes for the Bucs but those hopes look shattered.

TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING

It’s been an up and down start for the Bolts. At times they look like a team that can make another deep run in the playoffs and at other times they look like a team that is rebuilding. They have numerous new faces on the squad but still have their core players that include: Stamkos, Point, Kucherov, Hedman, Paul and Hagel. After missing the first 20 games of the season recovering from a microdiscectomy to address a lumbar disc herniation, Andrei Vasilevskiy finally made his 2023-24 debut against the Carolina Hurricanes on November 24. He hadn’t played an NHL game since April and hopefully he will be the spark that keeps the Lightning in the playoff battle all season long.

TAMPA BAY RAYS

Not much to say about the Rays as they haven’t done much so far in the offseason. The big talk is they will trade starting pitcher Tyler Glasnow and I am hoping if that happens they get great value in return. Glassy is a great pitcher (if he can stay healthy) and loves playing in Tampa Bay. Big questions still need to be answered … will Wander Franco ever put on a MLB uniform again? Will the Rays make trades and sign players like they usually do in the next 3 months? Will a new stadium be built in St. Pete or is Tampa still in the running? Time will tell …

COLLEGE BOWL GAMES December is filled with college football bowl games and we want to congratulate The University of South Florida Bulls for becoming bowl eligible when they won their last regular season game against the Charlotte 49ers. At press time we have no idea who or where they will play but hopefully USF will bring home a win! In other state games Florida State remained undefeated when they beat the Florda Gators (keeping the Gators home) and the University of Miami Hurricanes finished with a 7-5 record and will also go bowling. For the 8th consecutive year, UCF will also play in a bowl game! The Outback Bowl is now called the ReliaQuest Bowl and will be played January 1, 2024 at Raymond James Stadium. It is always a great matchup having a Big 10 team play an SEC team. The Gasparilla Bowl will also take place on December 22 at Ray Jay Stadium.

PHOTOS AND STORY BY RICHARD KENT Sixty years ago when the first Miss Nude World Pageant was held strip clubs had yet to come into being. Burlesque was still popular and it would be several years before strip clubs would open. The first Miss Nude World pageant was held in Canada with burlesque stars competing. In keeping with tradition, opening night of the event features a one night competition for Miss Nude Burlesque World. This year’s winner was a master of the art of strip tease who would score a ten by any judge. Chere Noble has the look, the poses, choreography down to perfection. Her show was a delight to watch … and by the way, she would make an excellent Marilyn Monroe look-s-like. The Miss Nude World Pageant has been held around the world. After its inaugural run in Canada it came to the United States, held in many different cities including Las Vegas and Miami, and also beyond to Australia and New Zealand.

This year the pageant was held for the second time at Deja Vu Showgirls right here in Tampa. It ran from Monday, November 13 through Saturday, November 18. The large number of newcomers was impressive and we hope to see many in the future. The “Masters Division” was highly contested and the high talent level was evident. Costumes were spectacular and shows amazing. We saw singing, a wrecking ball, fruit smashing, a giant popcorn box, Barbie, grinders, showers, fire, all kinds of aerial and even a lady (Aurora Night) suspended by her hair! Tia Carrera, an Australian knock-out was the overall champion and the new Miss Nude World. She beat out some very stiff competition Heidi Ho Huntsman (alias BJ McNaughty) was the first runner up followed by Shay Lynn and Lucy Skye second and third runners up. It was a spectacular week and here are a few photos …

Kiki: Awwwwwww... Thank you so much for that intro (blushing smiles) Miles: For folks who don’t know... How did you first get into the business?

Kiki: So when I first got into the business a very, very long time ago; I started as a stripper in Memphis Tennessee. (Flips her hair with her hand) Miles: Niccccccceeeee Kiki: My home club was The Gold Club part of Steve Cooper’s clubs, and I kept seeing all these feature dancers come through and what I really wanted to do was become one myself, so I went out and got myself an agent, I started doing nude beauty pageants and doing what they called the kindergarten circuit to perform at all of the little baby clubs before you graduate to the really nice big ones (holding her hand out like sizing up a big...) Miles: That’s Awesome! Kiki: But I discovered that it wasn’t the really good return on my investment that I wanted, because you know it’s expensive to get into, it’s time consuming and I really wanted to push my earnings up so I said OK so I could do porn because you know girls make the most money... And so I sent some pictures in and I got myself hooked up in California. I went to LA but the first scene I ever shot wasn’t in LA it was in Florida. It was a crazy experience I went from OK I could be a feature dancer to now, wow I‘m have to having sex with people on camera. (Laughs with a big cheesy smile)

Miles: And got pretty goddamn good at it. In fact, you are well known for doing a lot of Anal scenes back in the day as well... (Laughs out loud) That’s how we met, we actually did an anal scene together! Kiki: I think you were told by someone; “Yeah you’ll like her she does good anal scenes.” (Laughs) Miles: That’s right! Hahahaha...So you started to feature dance and started to go into the business, you started performing; did you notice you started enjoying feature dancing more after you were much more well-known in films and you were at the premium clubs and you had a huge fan base?

Kiki: So with the progression that comes with the becoming more well known as a feature it was not really something that I noticed quickly I mean I had started performing and been recognized out it places pretty fast, but it wasn’t like this overnight thing you know I was kind of like I didn’t really feature for a few years because I just wasn’t in that place, I was really busy. (Smiles recalling memories) Miles: It’s a lot to fly in and out every weekend to go someplace. It’s a lot of work and if you’re doing stuff in the business you still have to go to the gym, get your hair done, tan, nails, up keep, then you got to do scenes then you got to do it again. It doesn’t leave a lot of time for that feature dancing stuff. Kiki: Absolutely... And I think kind of the way that all worked for me that I was based in LA. I was working doing movies constantly and then the Lee Network started to get a lot of requests for me from the club owners. That’s when I kind of went back to feature dancing after my break... and it was completely different.(Waving her hands like an Umpire) I was used to driving everywhere, being on the road for like 2 to 6 weeks at a time and yet here I was flying in and out of LA. Miles: And doing a ton of shows too because sometimes you have to do like 24 shows a week when you first start out right? It’s a totally different experience on the other side from you know we just like you do three

or four shows, and they pick you up at airport in a limo and take you to a nice hotel and they get you a bottle Champagne to Thank You for coming! Kiki: Yeah it’s a totally different experience when you go from one level to the other plus you know if you’re doing 24 shows over a week you don’t have time to do the promo you don’t necessarily do the radio stations but, when you’re doing say 10 shows in a weekend maybe less depending, you have time to do the radio stations, you have time to do more in your shows. I’ll never forget going back and doing The Morning Show that I grew up listening to back home. Miles: Wow that’s cool!! Kiki: Yeah it was Super, Super Cool going back to my home club to feature and going back to other clubs I had worked in as a house dancer and going in as the feature entertainer. It’s such a different experience and it’s amazing and I feel so blessed being able to do that. Miles: You do other interesting things in your personal life; I know you have a lot of critters, and you have some unique critters... maybe you could tell some of your fans about that and with folks that don’t know you, that would be a little peek into your life. Kiki: (Huge Smile) I am somebody who grew up with family that had farmland, so I was on horseback

before I was really old enough to stand on my own, and I always wanted a pet pig, because I had met a stable pig at a stable I used to ride at in New Orleans and this pig was awesome. It was small tiny little potbelly. It was the coolest pig so about four or five years ago I finally got myself a potbelly pig named Baby, she’s considered a Mini... OK now keep in mind, she’s pretty big. She’s over 100 pounds now and she’s 20+ now! Miles: That’s like a big dog size!!!!! Kiki: Yeah, yeah, but she’s hilarious because she’s so smart she can open doors. She has LOTS of personality. They have the ability to cry, they have feelings, and it’s kind of like dealing with a toddler and pig form. (Hahaha) They can give you the silent treatment... They’ll totally turn their back on you they use vocalizations. You have to learn to understand what they’re “saying” to you. They’re very vocal. No one tells you before you get one that they’re loud and nobody tells you that they have to trim their hooves and nobody tells you that there’s a lot of pig “screaming!” You have to get like headphones - earmuffs (Puts her hands on the side of her head shaking) Miles: No WAY!!!!! (Laughs) Kiki: They are so loud so you know, on top of that I have my three dogs, I used to have four but unfortunately, I lost one of mine. She unfortunately passed. She

was adorable. She was a little mini English bulldog and I have two full Frenchies and I have a Frenchy Boston terrier mix. Miles: That is probably a pretty smart dog, Boston Terriers are supposed to be smart. Kiki: She’s smart and she’s nuts. Nobody warned me that when you cross these two breeds you get a very highly active, high energy dog but she’s super sweet and she loves being with her humans so... (Makes a Motherly Smile) Miles: Nice what do you when you work? Do you take them when you go to shoots in LA? How does that work? Kiki: When I’m working LA, I either have someone come by the house to check on them or I take them someplace. Unfortunately where I stay when I’m in Los Angeles I can’t bring all three, I can’t bring the farm. (Laughs) Miles: Who would watch Baby? Does she just hang out at the house? Because don’t Pigs like things very regular? They want to be able to get up and get out and Potty at six in the morning and they want their food a certain way and they want to take a nap in the sun in a certain time? Kiki: To answer your question about pigs... They are super picky and very scheduled oriented. They are. They get very upset if there’s the slightest amount of change, so yeah she says at the house she doesn’t really do cars or any of that anymore, like when she was little I would take her all over the place because I could hold her and it wasn’t a big deal to take her. But she got really spooked one time when we were out at the pet store, ever since then she’s like; “no I’m good I don’t wanna go anywhere!” as I’m sure you can guess trying to move a 100 a 120 pounds pig that doesn’t wanna move doesn’t work very well...Shaking her head) Miles: Now if you go all the way back to when it is you

The cool thing about Perv City DVDs is the fact they contain shorter versions of the scenes collected from the actual member site. This adds a sort of collector’s value to the disc if you plan on purchasing this content physically. For instance, Chanel Camryn’s first anal scene on the site is 40 minutes long while on this DVD it is about 23 minutes. The full movie runs at 110 minutes, as advertised on the back of the box, with a cumshot recap as a bonus feature if you want to skip to the loads being launched. A photo gallery is offered to adopters of the physical purchase. I watch tons of anal and Perv City is one of my favorite studios when it comes time to observe the hallowed sex act. Maestro Claudio is the director and curator of this content shooting these movies prolifically. On his social media accounts, you’ll see he is constantly active in producing content for these established brands. Adult Time is one of the big names in the adult film world. The best comparison I can think of, as a fan of music, is a compilation of demo tracks from your favorite bands. Even if none of the models are familiar to you then what better way to learn about new content creators than a series like Model Time? There’s no indication that this movie was shot in 4K anywhere on the box like found on other physical DVD releases. This makes sense since the various types of content found on the disc were produced independently by varied content creators. The box also advertises photo galleries and trailers. Pick this DVD up if you happen to come across it since it’s a great way to step outside of whatever box your current viewing regimen of porno is.

I asked Stuart Canterbury, author of Shocking Pink if it is the job of the industry to educate the viewers beyond that. A logically sound response came from an author responsible for a book with comedic elements yet inspired by a decades-long experience in the adult industry.

“It is not the industry’s job to educate the viewer. These movies are designed to entertain, and titillate, not educate. We hope that the viewer will educate himself, using other forums, especially in the area of sex education. Just like James Bond, what you see on the screen is an illusion and a fantasy, and it does not mean that you should necessarily try these things at home. The people in the action are trained professionals. Shocking Pink is about the real people behind the fantasy.” Stuart Canterbury is a veteran producer and director who has been around hardcore adult productions since the days of videotape. So it was imperative that I ask him about the ever-changing landscape of technology that the adult movie business faces even to this day. “The adult industry has always been on the cutting edge of technological trends, and can be credited for popularizing the use of videotape, and the internet before it was really

taken over by social media. An anti-porn stance is that “men take their pornography with them wherever they go” but I like to think that the industry is the first one in because we are not afraid of innovation and experimentation, and can move relatively quickly and inexpensively. So, we welcome the new technologies which lead to new markets, and new creative opportunities.” The online world is filled with hurdles for the adult industry including turmoil from within it and opposition from outside of it. Starting with social media I asked Stuart Canterbury about the days that predate this over-access in the constantly connected era of social media. “There has always been industry drama, which I think is in the nature of creative and independent people who fill our sector. Perhaps the world was a better place before the dominance of social media, but, like many technological instruments, it is a tool to be used for good or bad.”
