William is interested in the junction where gender, love, sex, politics, and social justice intersect and aspires to ponder these themes through music and the written word, and expresses these ponderings in a brutally candid (and often humorous) way.

As a transfeminine indigenous artist, the future as envisioned by the technological utopians of Silicon Valley seems impossibly inhospitable. It is hard to not feel defeated; however, there is still poetry present as our definitions of human begin to change. I take equal inspiration from my Zapoteca ancestry and the imminent dissolution of the division between human and machine. This juxtaposition produces a means of reconciling my present as a queer individual in search of self and connection.
