Stichting Nature for Kids

Using the power of Entertainment (EDUTAINMENT), Nature for Kids aims at developing greater interest and understanding amongst the younger generation for wildlife and their natural environment. Our innovative approach to outreach- based-school programs and the NfK’s interactive films( and radio where more suitable) & materials are used to strengthen the knowledge base and create a strong sense of awareness amongst local children on how to conserve and preserve their heritage- their natural environment- in a more effective and sustainable way. The NFK edutainment programs transmit the basic knowledge and values that will enable both young people and the place where they live to prosper. Nature for Kids has demonstrated the effectiveness of such films & programs in conveying various conservation messages in multiple countries in Africa over the last 8 years. We carry out our mission through partnerships with local NGOs and community groups
