Precious Memories By: Kay Christopher

Moving to Little Emory

I was in the last few weeks of the 6th grade when we moved from Emory Gap to the Little Emory area of the county. In the Gap, we went in the house at dark and was in the bed by 9 p.m., but by the time we had moved, we were all a little older, lived in the country, and had a lot more freedom than we did in our crowded neighborhood in Emory Gap. I met new friends and learned some really interesting meanness. Without mentioning any names, and not mentioning if I was a participant in the meanness, I will describe some of the events that took place at night on Old Coalfield Road, and Rock Bridge Road. A can of gas was obtained, poured across the road, then lit whenever a car came through. Naturally, it was dark and everyone ran. A dummy was hung high on a tree limb over the road, and when a car came by, it was suddenly dropped in front of the windshield of the car. The railroad signal and lights were climbed on and shook violently until they came on. They remained on for several minutes, allowing the kids time to run and hide and watch all the cars screech on their brakes to stop for the invisible train. There were firecracker fights where everyone would hide. Whoever was “it” had to find everyone, while firecrackers were thrown at them from the ones who were hidden. Nowadays, we get onto our kids and grandkids for not getting outside and playing, but do we really want them to do some of the things we did, or play some of the games we played? Let them spend their life looking down at a phone, at least they won’t get anybody killed that way!

BAD TABLE MANNERS

www.roanereader.com

People who do offensive things at the dinner table generally don't know their behavior is offensive. Here is a list of things to avoid. 1. DO NOT CHEW FOOD WITH YOUR MOUTH OPEN People that chew food with their mouth open are not aware they are doing it. The next time you eat, pay attention to whether you are chewing with you mouth open. If you are, please stop. Smacking and crunching. Eat as quietly as possible. For many, other people's smacking noises are cringe-making. 2. DO NOT BOLT YOUR FOOD Eat your food slowly and enjoy it. Give yourself the opportunity to enjoy the company of your dining companions. 3. NEVER SPEAK WITH A FULL MOUTH A mouth full of food is unpleasant to see and makes conversation difficult to hear. Make sure not to talk with even a little bit of food in your mouth. Wait before your dining companions have finished chewing before asking them a question. 4. REACHING Reach for something only within the invisible boundary that separates your personal space from the other diners'. If something is outside this area, ask for the item to be passed to you. 5. DON'T STUFF YOUR MOUTH FULL OF FOOD Don't stuff your cheeks full of food and don't take exceedingly large bites of food. Don't form food into a ball in one cheek or take a sip of anything while chewing. 6. DON'T BLOW ON YOUR FOOD Avoid blowing on your food to cool it down. At an informal meal, you may use an ice cube to cool a hot beverage. 7. DON'T TAKE A HALF-BITE Eat every bite completely. Don't eat 1/2 of what you have placed on your fork or spoon. 8. DONT' WAVE UTENSILS ABOUT Never gesture with an eating utensil in your hand. 9. DON'T FIDGET Don't fidget with your tie or jewelry, adjust your flatware, play with you napkin or your hair. Keep still and calm. 10. DON'T "WAVE AWAY" SERVICE Do not wave away a server if you do not want something, just say, "No thank you." 11. DON'T PUSH YOUR PLATE Don't announce to the table that you have finished eating or push your plate away when you are done with the meal. 12. DON'T SLOUCH Sit up straight and don't stoop to eat your food. 13. SOPPING Using a piece of bread to sop up the sauce left over from a dish is fine-but only when the bread is speared by the tines of your fork. 14. PICKING YOUR TEETH Toothpicks should be used only in private, not as you walk out of the restaurant or at the table. Also don't noisily clean your teeth with your tongue at meal's end. 15. GROOMING AT THE TABLE Avoid a primping routine at the table. Don't rearrange your hair or put your hands to it wherever food is served.

Eating Out Funnies Two men were in a restaurant and ordered fish. The waiter brought a dish with two fish, one larger than the other. One of the men said to the other, “Please help yourself.” The other one said “Okay”, and helped himself to the larger fish. After a tense silence, the first one said, “really, now, if you had offered me the first choice, I would have taken the smaller fish!” The other one replied, “What are you complaining for; you have it, don’t you?” The headwaiter of an elegant restaurant recoiled in disgust as a man in boots, torn jeans and a leather jacket approached him. “Hey, man,” he said, “where’s the toilet?” “Go down the hall and turn left, “replied the headwaiter. “When you see the sign marked Gentlemen; pay no attention to it and go right on in.”

The Depth of a Well Murphy and O'Brien go out into the woods, they come to a clearing and see an abandoned well. Murphy said 'I wonder how deep that well is?' O'Brien said, 'There's one way we could figure it out'. Murphy says, 'What's that?' O'Brien says, 'We drop something down it, we time how long it takes to hit the bottom, you multiply that time 32 feet per second squared, the rate at which objects fall in a vacuum, subtract a little for wind resistance and we've got the depth of the well'. Murphy says, ' What are you going to drop down it?' Then O'Brien looked all around and he saw this big heavy log lying on the ground. Next he squats down by the log and, using his legs correctly, he gets it up onto his shoulders and staggers over to the edge of the well, tips it up, drops it into the well and they start to count, 'One hippopotamus, two hippopotamus, three .................... ' SPLASH!!!! Murphy said, 'Three seconds!' O'Brien said, 'Quick, multiply that time 32 feet per second squared!' '288 feet!', Murphy said. 'Subtract a little for wind resistance, let's say 18 feet. The depth of that well is 270 feet deep'. As he finished the calculation Murphy shouts, 'LOOK OUT!!' and he pushed O'Brien backwards and a goat ran between them and jumped head first down the well. Murphy said, 'My God, I've never seen anything like that'. Just then a farmer walks into the clearing and said, 'What's going on here boys?' O'Brien says, 'We just figured out the depth of this well to be about 270 feet deep and then the strangest thing happened. A goat ran between the two of us and jumped head first down into the well.' The farmer says, 'Thank heaven it wasn't one of my goats.' Murphy says, 'How do you know it wasn't?' And the farmer says, 'Because all of my goats are tethered to big heavy logs.'

How does the Easter Bunny fit in to all of this?

Rabbits and hares have been associated with spring since ancient times. It is thought that the Ango-Saxon Goddess of Spring, Eostre, had a hare as her companion, which symbolized fertility and rebirth. It’s hardly surprising that rabbits and hares have become associated with fertility as they are both prolific breeders and give birth to large litters in early spring. The legend of the Easter Bunny is thought to have originated among German Lutherans, where the ‘Easter Hare’ judged whether children had been good or bad in the run-up to Easter. Over time it has become incorporated into Christian celebrations and became popular in Britain during the 19th century. Many children believe that the Easter Bunny lays and hides baskets of colored eggs, sweets and sometimes toys in their homes or around the garden the night before Easter Sunday – much like Father Christmas delivering gifts on Christmas Eve. This has given rise to the tradition of the Easter egg hunt which is still popular among children today.

How to Clean a Shower Curtain Clean vinyl or plastic shower curtains. Take off the rings and put the curtains in a washing machine. Add one cup of bleach, one cup of detergent, and a few dirty towels to help scrub off the soap scum. Run the washer on the gentle cycle with either warm or hot water. Right after the spin cycle, take the curtains out of the washer, shake it out gently, and let it drip dry. Don’t worry about the wrinkles: Hot steam from a couple of showers (plus gravity) will smooth out your curtains in a day.

What’s So Good about Good Friday? What is Good Friday and why do we call Good Friday “good,” when it is such a dark and bleak event commemorating a day of suffering and death for Jesus? For Christians, Good Friday is a crucial day of the year because it celebrates what we believe to be the most momentous weekend in the history of the world. Ever since Jesus died and was raised, Christians have proclaimed the cross and resurrection of Jesus to be the decisive turning point for all creation. Paul considered it to be “of first importance” that Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and was raised to life on the third day, all in accordance with what God had promised all along in the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3). On Good Friday we remember the day Jesus willingly suffered and died by crucifixion as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins (1 John 1:10). It is followed by Easter, the glorious celebration of the day Jesus was raised from the dead, heralding his victory over sin and death and pointing ahead to a future resurrection for all who are united to him by faith (Romans 6:5). Still, why call the day of Jesus’ death “Good Friday” instead of “Bad Friday” or something similar? Some Christian traditions do take this approach: in German, for example, the day is called Karfreitag, or “Sorrowful Friday.” In English, in fact, the origin of the term “Good” is debated: some believe it developed from an older name, “God’s Friday.” Regardless of the origin, the name Good Friday is entirely appropriate because the suffering and death of Jesus, as terrible as it was, marked the dramatic culmination of God’s plan to save his people from their sins.

The Non-Giver

The new pastor was startled to learn that the wealthiest member of the church never gave a dime. So she stopped by to ask him why. “The annual report of your corporation lists your salary at $750,000, and yet you’ve never given to the church, may I ask why?” “Well,” he began, “Did the corporate report mention that my mother is ill, with extremely expensive medical bills? Or that I have three children in expensive private schools? Or that my brother, who has a wife and three children, was disabled in an accident and can’t work...was any of that in the corporate report? Well, if I don’t give them any money, why would I give any to the church?

The Shrine of Jesus

9 The Roane Reader

Bible Trivia

The tomb of Jesus has been resurrected to its former glory. Just in time for Easter, a Greek restoration team has completed a historic renovation of the Edicule, the shrine that tradition says houses the cave where Jesus was buried and rose to heaven. Gone is the unsightly iron cage built around the shrine by British authorities in 1947 to shore up the walls. Gone is the black soot on the shrine's stone façade from decades of pilgrims lighting candles. And gone are fears about the stability of the old shrine, which hadn't been restored in more than 200 years. This is a complete transformation of the monument. The fund provided an initial $1.4 million for the $4 million restoration, thanks to a donation by the widow of the founder of Atlantic Records.

Titanic sinking was not caused by iceberg, new documentary claims

April 2017

Think you know everything about the history of the Titanic and its tragic sinking in April 1912? Well, according to new evidence revealed by experts on New Year’s Day, we may have been wrong for decades as to the cause of the demise of the ship and the more than 1,500 people who lost their lives when she sank on her maiden voyage. From books to Hollywood blockbusters, the tale of the Titanic hitting an iceberg while traveling at an inadvisable speed despite receiving iceberg warnings has been told many times. Until now it has always been accepted that the iceberg strike was so forceful that it pierced the ship's hull which eventually doomed liner, causing it to split in two and send it sink into the Atlantic Ocean. However, according to experts featured on a new documentary which aired on British TV on New Year’s Day the actual cause of the tragedy may not have been the collision with the iceberg itself, but a previous fire that had weakened the metal of the hull, turning an otherwise innocent brush with some Atlantic ice into a fatal blow. Irish journalist and Titanic expert Senan Molony revealed in “Titanic: The New Evidence” that, according to his analysis of photos of the ship before it had even left Belfast, the ship had been greatly weakened by fire and it was criminal negligence to have allowed it to sail. "We are looking at the exact area where the iceberg struck, and we appear to have a weakness or damage Corpses Recovered to the hull in that specific place before she even left Belfast," he said, pointing to the presence of 30-foot On April 17, 1912, the day before survivors of the Titanic disaster reached New York, the Mackay-Bennett was sent off long black marks on the hull – just behind where the iceberg hit. from Halifax, Nova Scotia to search for bodies. On board the "The official Titanic inquiry branded [the disaster] as an act of God. This isn’t a simple story of colliding with an iceberg and sinking,” he continued. Mackay-Bennett were embalming supplies, 40 embalmers, "It’s a perfect storm of extraordinary factors coming together: fire, ice, and criminal negligence. tons of ice, and 100 coffins. Although the Mackay-Bennett found 306 bodies, 116 of these were too badly damaged to "Nobody has investigated these marks before. It totally changes the narrative. We have metallurgy take all the way back to shore. Attempts were made to identify experts telling us that when you get that level of temperature against steel it makes it brittle, and each body found. Additional ships were also sent out to look reduces its strength by up to 75 percent. for bodies. In all, 328 bodies were found, but 119 of these were "The fire was known about, but it was played down. She should never have been put to sea." badly damaged and thus were buried at sea. The photos in question were taken by the Titanic’s chief electrical engineer before it left the Belfast shipyard and experts in the documentary subsequently confirmed they could have been caused by fire damage while David Hill, former secretary of the British Titanic Society, confirmed to The Times that there had indeed been a fire. “There certainly was a fire,” he said. “It set sail on Wednesday and they didn’t get it out until the Saturday, so it must have been a big one. “Was it a life-changer? It’s my personal opinion that it didn’t make a difference”. The fire is believed have been caused by the “self-heating” of hundred of tons of coal which caught fire in a three-story-high fuel store behind boiler room six. It is believed to have taken twelve men as much as three weeks to put it out but not before temperatures in this part of the ship raged between 500 and 1,000 degrees Celsius. The Daily Telegraph reports that the ship's officers were under strict instruction from J Bruce Ismay – head of White Star Line, the company that owned the ship – not to inform any passengers of the fire. Some of those officers even claimed that the reason why the ship had been traveling so fast when it hit the iceberg was that the men working to put out the fire had been throwing the burning coal into the only place available to them: the ship’s furnace. This is not the first time that the Titanic fire theory has emerged, but the new evidence does give further weight to the argument. Back in 2008, Ray Boston, an expert with more than 20 years of research into the Titanic’s journey, claimed the fire may have started as the Titanic carried out speed trials, as much as ten days before it set off from Southampton.

Who Discovered Clocks? Clocks are devices followed us during the long history of modern human civilization, from the times when sun represented the only way we can reliably track time to the modern day when atom clocks and widespread expansion of digital processing enable us to always be connected with clocks that never show wrong time. But how to determine who has invented the first clock? Well, throughout our history there were several phases of clock designs, which origins are not always clear and their original designers are lost to the history. Sundials are the first time measuring devices known to man. Created originally in Babylon over 6 thousand years ago, and developed into more functional state in Ancient Egypt, sundials became extremely useful analogue clock device that remained in continual use for many thousands of years after, even managing to survive until today. The true beginning of sundial popularity in Egypt started with the creation of first obelisks – tall and slim stone structure whose shadow enabled easy reading of time from the circular segmented horizontal disc that was placed on the ground around it. With such powerful tool, Egyptians discovered longest and shorted days (summer and winter solstice), they found exact point of “midday”, introduced 10 hour daylight system and much more. Sundials eventually went to Greece and Rome empires, where they were welcomed and improved dramatically, enabling the creation of much smaller and portable sundials. Because of their precision and reliability in sunny weather, sundials remained in use even while Europe was going through the innovative phase of developing mechanical clocks. When those mechanical clocks finally provided accurate measurements of time, only then did sundials became obsolete for governments and commerce industry (mid 1800s).

Where did the term "cop" originate?

Several popular etymologies, all certainly false, exist for this word meaning policeman. One says that it is an acronym standing for Constable On Patrol. Another says that the first policemen in London (or another city--it varies in the telling) had copper buttons on their uniforms. Yet another says that it was not buttons, but a copper badge that gave them the name. While the ultimate origin is disputed, most authorities agree that it is a shortening of copper. Cop was first used in 1859 and copper predates it from 1846. Copper, as slang for policeman, derives from the verb to cop, which dates from 1704 and means to catch. The OED2 notes that an 1864 newspaper stated that people would exhibit a copper coin as they passed a policeman, in effect calling them copper. This may have been the beginning of the confusion with the metal copper.

Reuse your candles You can recycle the wax from candles many times to make new candles. You just need a saucepan and a mold. Old pretty tea cups make great candle holders. You should be able to buy new wicks from a craft store or just use a natural cotton string. Mixing bowls make good molds for larger sized modern looking candles. You could add extra wicks for this shape. Any mold shape that you use just wipe a very thin layer of vegetable oil over the inside with a tissue. Heat the waste wax slowly on a gentle/medium heat. Fish out all the dead wicks. Be careful don’t get burnt. This is a good time to add some scented oils if you wish. Measure the wick length for the whole height of the candle, add extra for the top. Soak the wick in the melted wax until it absorbs the wax. Hang the waxed wick over the mold tied around a chopstick, wooded spoon or skewer. Ensure it is hanging straight down to the bottom. Slowly poor the melted wax into the mold and let set overnight. Trim wick. Pull out of the mold by wick. Should look reasonably professional. The larger width candle mold shapes may result in a sunken appearance in the middle. You can always re-melt and try a smaller shape. Homemade candles burn with a slightly more dynamic flame so you do need to light them in a safe place. You can also revive unburnt candles that have become dirty and dusty by quickly dunking them in a pot of boiling water. Clean candles!! DONT make your plumber rich by pouring excess melted wax down the sink. Just don’t do it! Clean up your tools with lots of boiling water.

Rinse well. To make a scrub cleaner mix 1Tbsp. each of Boraxo , sea salt, and baking soda. Makes a good scouring powder. You can mix 1/4 cup baking soda and enough Murphy's Oil Soap to form a paste to make a product that will clean your tub and sink as good as any cleanser but without the gritty residue. Mix 1 tsp. lemon oil to 1/2 cup mineral oil and keep in a capped bottle. Mix well before using and use a soft cloth. Plowing A Garden

Plowing (sometimes spelled "ploughing") is the process of turning over and loosening the top layer of soil. This makes it easier for seedling crops to take root and has the added benefit of removing crop residue and weeds. There are many different ways to plow. Depending on the equipment you have and the size of your field, you may need to use anything from a tractor-pulled plowing rig to a simple spade and rake. Preparing to Plow Schedule your plowing just before planting. The purpose of plowing is to get the field ready for crops to be planted. For this reason, the best time to plow is generally right before you plan to plant your crops. Generally, this means the beginning of the growing season, which can vary based on your location. Technically, you can plow any time after the previous year's harvest and before the spring planting period. However, leaving too much time between plowing and planting can lead to soil erosion. Search for a guide with the approximate start of various growing seasons in your area. Check your equipment. This is important if using a tractor or other mechanized plowing machine. Make sure all parts are in good working order following winter storage. Top off any fluids or lubricants and make sure the tires have adequate pressure. If plowing by hand or using animal plowing, make sure the blades are straight and that whoever/whatever is pulling the plow is healthy and strong. Clear the field of obstructions. Take a walk through the field, looking for any obstacles (like rocks, pieces of wood, and loose foliage) that can be removed. Try to get the field as level as possible by filling in small holes or smoothing out raised patches. Take note of any obstacles that you cannot remove (like trees, boulders, etc.). Before plowing, the field should be mowed so that any vegetation is short and low to the ground. Too much vegetation can clog mechanical plows and make the work harder for manual plowing methods. Plan out the plow route. To make the best use of your time and effort, plan a route that's as efficient as possible. Know where you will need to stop and turn the plow. You'll also want to make sure you know where the edges of your field are so you don't plow into another person's field or into a field already plowed and planted. Finally, plan to plow around any obstacles that can't be removed. For rectangular fields, the most efficient path is generally to plow in the direction of the long sides of the field, turning around when you reach either end. This minimizes the number of times you will need to turn around. Note, however, that if you are using animals, you should use the opposite approach for fields more than 150 meters long. In other words, plow in the direction of the short sides of the field. This prevents fatigue by giving the animals many chances to rest. For non-rectangular fields, you can plow efficiently by following the contours of the field and working your way towards the center. serve the highs and lows of your furrows so that excess water is directed to the edges of the field. Plowing with a Machine Tiller A rotary tiller is less labor-intensive than working by hand. It is best for smaller plots up to about five or six acres. Pick an appropriate tiller for the job. Most modern tillers come in one of two varieties: "front-line" (driven by the front wheels) and "rear-line" (driven by the rear wheels). Both will work for gardens and small fields, but if you have the choice, pick the type that's most appropriate. See below: Front-line tillers are typically easier to use and better for smaller gardening situations. They handle like a power lawnmower and, with a little care, can be used in tight spaces without damaging plants or property on either side. Rear-line tillers are a little harder to use but are better for bigger plowing jobs. They are bulkier and don't allow for as precise of turns, so they should be used away from plants and property you want to protect. Pick an appropriate tilling depth and speed. Almost all mechanical tillers allow you to adjust these settings with controls on the unit. As a general rule, harder, compacted soils require slower, shallower plowing. Tilling too deep or too fast in this soil can overwork the motor. For established beds, you can use deeper, faster tilling. Till in straight rows. Position the tiller in the corner of your field where you plan on starting. Start the tiller with the starting mechanism. This can vary from unit to unit but is often similar to the type of mechanism you might expect on a lawn mower. Use the tiller's controls to slowly work your way down the plot in a straight line, turning around and doubling back at the end. Some tillers have a safety switch that prevents starting. If you can't get the tiller started, check for one of these. Re-till if needed to break down the soil. Be prepared to go over your work a second time with the tiller. Any clods of dirt should be broken into roughly dime-sized pieces or smaller. When you're finished, CLEANING UP? your plot should be tilled into a series of loose furrows so that water can drain to the edges.

What do eggs have to do with Easter?

Eggs illustrate new life, just as Jesus began his new life after the miracle of his resurrection. When eggs are cracked open they are said to symbolize an empty tomb. Originally eating eggs was forbidden in the week leading up to Easter (known as Holy Week). They were saved and decorated in the run-up to the celebration, and given to children as gifts. Sometimes they were colored red, in recognition of the blood sacrificed by Jesus when he was crucified. Green was also used to symbolize spring re-growth after the winter. The first chocolate eggs appeared in France and Germany during the 19th century. As chocolate-making techniques improved the modern Easter egg as we know it was born – and remain very popular (and delicious).

Interesting Ocean Facts 1. For starters, did you know that 94 percent of life on Earth is aquatic? That makes us land-dwellers a very small minority. 2. About 70 percent of the planet is ocean, with an average depth of more than 12,400 feet. Given that photons (light) can’t penetrate more than 330 feet below the water’s surface, most of our planet is in a perpetual state of darkness. 3. Fifty percent of the United States (in terms of our complete legal jurisdiction, which includes ocean territory) lies below the ocean. 4. The deep sea is the largest museum on Earth: There are more artifacts and remnants of history in the ocean than in all of the world’s museums, combined. 5. We have only explored less than 5 percent of the Earth’s oceans. In fact, we have better maps of Mars than we do of the ocean floor (even the submerged half of the United States). 6. The longest mountain range in the world is under water. Called the Mid-Oceanic Ridge, this chain of mountains runs through the middle of the Atlantic Ocean and into the Indian and Pacific oceans. It runs more than 35,000 miles long, has peaks higher than those in the Alps and it comprises 23 percent of the Earth’s total surface. 7. We didn’t send divers down to explore the Mid-Ocean Ridge until 1973 — four years after Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin walked on the moon — when a French-American crew of seven entered the 9,000-foot-deep Great Rift in the French submersible Archimedes. 8. The ocean boasts an array of unusual geographic features, such as pillars that reach several stories high and chimneys that send up sulphuric acid. In the ocean-floor neighborhood of the Gulf of Mexico, brine pools mark the floor, along with underwater volcanoes that spew mud and methane, rather than lava. 9. These wonderful formations aren’t barren, either. Underwater hot springs that shoot water that’s 650 degrees Fahrenheit — hot enough to melt lead — boast a profusion of life, from 10-foot tall tube worms to giant clams that function without digestive systems. 10. Many of the rules that apply on land are turned upside down in the ocean, some literally. Beneath the surface, often not far from popular vacation beaches, are underwater lakes, waterfalls and even upside-down lakes!

Homemade Weed Killer If you have weeds growing in the cracks of your patio, deck,or driveway. Kill them by spraying them with a solution of 1/4 cup of salt added to 1 gallon of water. To keep weeds from returning to the cracks of your patio, deck, or driveway keep salt in the cracks.

The Hindenburg Disaster: 9 Surprising Facts

On May 6, 1937, the German airship Hindenburg burst into flames while attempting to land at Lakehurst, New Jersey. In little more than 30 seconds, the largest object ever to soar through the air was incinerated and the era of commercial airship travel was dead. Explore nine surprising facts about the massive zeppelin and its fiery demise.

re-engineered. After the Hindenburg disaster, American public opinion favored the export of helium to Germany for its next great zeppelin, the LZ 130, and the law was amended to allow helium export for nonmilitary use. After the German annexation of Austria in 1938, however, Secretary of Interior Harold Ickes refused to ink the final contract. 5. The Hindenburg had a smokers’ lounge. Despite being filled with 7 million cubic feet of highly combustible hydrogen gas, the Hindenburg featured a smoking room. Passengers were unable to bring matches and personal lighters aboard the zeppelin, but they could buy cigarettes and Cuban cigars on board and light up in a room pressurized to prevent any hydrogen from entering. A steward admitted passengers and crew through a double-door airlock into the smokers’ lounge, which had a single electric lighter, and made sure no one left with a lit cigarette or pipe. 6. A specially designed lightweight piano was made for the Hindenburg.

1. Survivors of the Hindenburg disaster far outnumbered the victims. Anyone who has seen the graphic newsreel video of the Hindenburg plunging to earth in flames may be amazed to know that of the 97 passengers and crew on board, 62 survived. The disaster’s 36 deaths included 13 passengers, 22 crew-members and one worker on the ground. Many survivors jumped out of the zeppelin’s windows and ran away as fast as they could. 2. The Hindenburg disaster wasn’t history’s deadliest airship accident. Thanks to the iconic film footage and the emotional eyewitness account of radio reporter Herbert Morrison (who uttered the famous words “Oh, the humanity!”), the Hindenburg disaster is the most famous airship accident in history. However, the deadliest incident occurred when the helium-filled USS Akron, a U.S. Navy airship, crashed off the coast of New Jersey in a severe storm on April 4, 1933. Seventy-three men were killed, and only three survived. The 1930 crash of the British military airship R101, which claimed 48 lives, was also deadlier. 3. The Hindenburg disaster wasn’t broadcast live on radio. Morrison was on the scene to record the arrival of the Hindenburg for WLS in Chicago, but he wasn’t broadcasting live. His wrenching account would be heard in Chicago later that night, and it was broadcast nationwide the following day. His audio report was synced up with separate newsreel videos in subsequent coverage of the Hindenburg disaster. 4. U.S. law prevented the Hindenburg from using helium instead of hydrogen, which is more flammable. After the crash of the hydrogen-filled R101, in which most of the crew died in the subsequent fire rather than the impact itself, Hindenburg designer Hugo Eckener sought to use helium, a less flammable lifting gas. However, the United States, which had a monopoly on the world supply of helium and feared that other countries might use the gas for military purposes, banned its export, and the Hindenburg was

The Hindenburg’s owners, seeking to outfit their airborne luxury liner, tasked the renowned piano making firm of Julius Blüthner with building a special lightweight baby grand piano to meet the airship’s strict weight standards. The piano, which was made mostly of aluminum alloy and covered in yellow pigskin, weighed less than 400 pounds. It was only used during the Hindenburg’s first flying season, so it wasn’t aboard the ill-fated voyage. 7. The Hindenburg first took flight on a Nazi propaganda mission. Although the Hindenburg was in development before the Third Reich came to power, members of the Nazi regime viewed it as a symbol of German might. Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels ordered the Hindenburg to make its first public flight in March 1936 as part of a joint 4,100-mile aerial tour of Germany with the Graf Zeppelin to rally support for a referendum ratifying the reoccupation of the Rhineland. For four days, the airships blared patriotic tunes and pro-Hitler announcements from specially mounted loudspeakers, and small parachutes with propaganda leaflets and swastika flags were dropped on German cities. (The referendum, approved by 98.8 percent of Germans, was hardly a squeaker.) Later in 1936 the Hindenburg, sporting Olympic rings on its side and pulling a large Olympic flag behind it, played a starring role at the opening of the Summer Games in Berlin. The airship, which had swastikas emblazoned on its tail fins, was such a symbol of Nazi power that it was subjected to constant bomb threats—including some before its final flight, which led to suspicions of sabotage in the disaster. 8. Dozens of letters carried aboard the Hindenburg were ultimately delivered. Zeppelins pioneered airmail service across the Atlantic, and the Hindenburg carried approximately 17,000 pieces of correspondence on its final voyage. Amazingly, 176 pieces stored in a protective container survived the crash and were postmarked four days after the disaster. The pieces, charred but still readable, are among the world’s most valuable philatelic artifacts. 9. Goebbels wanted to name the Hindenburg for Adolf Hitler. Eckener, no fan of the Third Reich, named the airship for the late German president Paul von Hindenburg and refused Goebbels’ request to name it after Hitler. The Führer, never enthralled by the great airships in the first place, was ultimately glad that the zeppelin that crashed in a fireball didn’t bear his name.

Dream Big- A Living Faith by: Retha Kyle

The Roane Reader proudly presents

I’ve dreamed many dreams that never come true, I’ve seen them vanish at dawn But I’ve realized enough of my dreams, thank God To make me want to dream on

I’ve trusted many a friend that failed and left me to weep alone, But I’ve found enough of my friends true blue To make me keep trusting on I’ve sewed many seed that fell by the way For the birds to feed upon But I’ve held enough golden sheaves in my hands To make me keep sowing on I’ve drained the cup of disappointments and pain And gone many days without song. But I sipped enough nectar from the roses of life To make me want to live on.

Live each day as it is your last day on this earth! Where would you be in eternity heaven or hell? Where have you been making plans to go? If heaven, are you truthfully ready? If you are doing things that are against God’s will and have not let God’s holy spirit convict your heart and repented of your sins then hell will be your eternity and there isn’t any door to escape! It’s up to you!

Jesus was laid in a tomb After He was crucified For it was for us that He died There was a stone laid at the door of the tomb There was a great earthquake The stone was rolled away. Jesus had risen in three days He went and preached unto the spirits in prison Now that He has risen He is alive forever more Death could not hold Him He won the victory over death, hell, and the grave. That we could be saved for it was for us His life He gave.

HAS GOD PREPARED YOUR FISH?

Jonah Ch. 1-4 by: Katie Bailey Randolph When God called Jonah to go preach the gospel To a great city that knew not the word, Jonah boarded a ship and went down to Tarshish And fled from the presence of the Lord. But God knew exactly where Jonah was Not once was he out of His sight; God dealt with his sin in mercy But Jonah was in a great plight. Jonah had no care for the people of Nineveh, He didn't want them to find favor with God. He looked down upon them as did most Jews Simply as Gentile dogs. So God sent out a mighty wind and a great tempest into the sea. But Jonah went down to the sides of the ship And lay there fast asleep. Then the mariners cast him into the sea To a great fish God had prepared, When the great fish swallowed up Jonah He called out to God in prayer. In the fish's belly Jonah was afflicted, And was there three days and three nights. His greatest fear took hold of him, For he was cast from his Father's sight. Then Jonah promised the Lord, "I will pay that that I have vowed". Then God in His mercy spoke to the fish And it vomited Jonah out. We serve a God of second chances, So He came to Jonah again; Then Jonah arose and preached to Nineveh Warning them of their sin. The King and the people sat in sackcloth and ashes And turned to God from their sin. When Jonah repented and obeyed the Lord Look at the souls he did win Do we fail to witness to those we don't like? Do they not deserve God's grace? Do we have no care for that precious soul That God desires to save? Let's pray the Lord to keep us obedient, To proclaim to the lost His great plan; Our redemption He bought on a cruel cross Reconciling God and man.

Words of Wisdom

email: info@roanereader.com

Abraham climbed up to the mount With his be-lov-ed son. The Lord God put him to the test. Would he give God this one? Isaac carried the load of wood. He asked, "Where is the lamb?" His father with knife and fire said, "God will provide a Lamb." Abraham laid his promised son On an altar of stone. He raised his knife; would take his life. God left him not alone. God provided a perfect ram. It was God's purposed plan. To show to all His Salvation God provided the Lamb. This is a picture of our Lord When He went to the mount. He carried the burden of sin: More sins than men can count. He willingly went to the cross. No one lent Him a hand. He was pierced and consumed the fire. God provided His Lamb. O, the Sovereign free grace of God Who took the sinner's place: Became a Man for this reason, To plead the sinner's case. He came to seek and save the lost. God's work He completed. And now He tells these fallen men. "The Lamb has provided!"

Is Time Running Out For You? The Bible says our lives are “but a vapor”. Can’t you feel the truth in that? So many of us have wasted time, precious time, chasing after things that perish only to feel our years slip through our hands like sifting sand. Now, we look at our days gone by wishing we could redeem those years, knowing the past is gone. We are left with the present and an uncertain future. But our future can be certain and the lost time can be validated with our remaining days. Isn’t it time to commit to Christ? Isn’t it time to release the past and embrace God’s eternal plans for you today? I want to invite you to a place. A place with people who focus on things eternal and are devoted to the worship and service of God. Why wait? Come be a part of God’s everlasting Church before time runs out, and the Vapor of life has faded. Tick-tock, tick-tock…

Roane County, The Way It Was

By Robert Bailey, Roane County Historian

Have You Heard of the Town of Cardiff?

One town in Roane County which has now been lost to History was the Town of Cardiff which was located about 4 miles from Rockwood, now where the Roane County Industrial Park is located. In 1890, there were professional town companies promoting the creation of towns along the railroad. One of these was the town of Cardiff and it started off with a boom. At the land sale, it grossed over $1,000,000 for the Cardiff Land and Improvement Company (which was claiming $5,000,000 of investments and property and $165,000 worth of buildings in the form of an exhibition hall, hotel and office space). Unfortunately, for Cardiff, the next year, the Cardiff Coal and Iron Company went into receivership and the Panic of 1893 caused the end of Cardiff, so that today all that can be seen of Cardiff is a church and a few of the original homes.

Where is the Mason-Dixon Line? Mason-Dixon Line, originally the boundary between Maryland and Pennsylvania in the United States. In the pre-Civil War period it was regarded, together with the Ohio River, as the dividing line between slave states south of it and free-soil states north of it. The term Mason and Dixon Line was first used in congressional debates leading to the Missouri Compromise (1820). Today the Mason and Dixon Line still serves figuratively as the political and social dividing line between the North and the South, although it does not extend west of the Ohio River.

A Sixteenth Letter to America

by: Manuel Ybarra, Jr My previous letter stated that America was uninformed concerning an Islamic threat to our country through their “Civilization Jihad” plan. But America is equally uninformed about Islamic Jihad history and plan to conquer the world. The Webster Dictionary describes “Jihad” as “Moslem holy war against unbelievers.” Because America has always been a great Christian Nation, it should not surprise anyone, that we are considered the “Prime target.” Neither should we be surprised that Jihadist are streaming into America, by whatever means they can devise. Yes folks, THEY ARE HERE! They have been here all along as evidenced by the 9-11 attack, and others such as, Fort hood, Boston, San Bernardino, and Orlando, FL. There have been many other incidences and some were probably never reported. A April 2017 Judicial Watch Article titled, “Jihadists Train, Plan Attack On U.S. From Mexico” can be easily accessed by a search on Google. Unfortunately, the same thing is probably being done here in America too at some of their isolated large area ranches it is said they own. But, because the Islamic religion early incorporated a conquer everybody else by force mentality, it ceased to be a peaceful religion. God’s Commandments and statues, by which the whole world, including themselves, will be judged, doesn’t mean a thing to them. The Word of God, God’s Plan for Salvation, and God’s gift of Eternal Life, they threw out. It is tragic, indeed, because for some 1400 years, they have been going against God’s Word, on a path to Hell, not Heaven! They rebelled against the Living God. America too is rebelling against God and His Commandments. Americans too will pay for their rebellion. Email: mybarrajr77@outlook.com

The History of the Lava Lamp A lava lamp (or Astro lamp) is a decorative novelty item, invented in 1963 by British accountant Edward Craven Walker, the founder of the British lighting company Mathmos. The lamp consists of a bolus of a special colored wax mixture inside a glass vessel the remainder of which contains clear or translucent liquid; the vessel is then placed on a box containing an incandescent light bulb whose heat causes temporary reductions in the density and viscosity of the wax. The warmed wax rises through the surrounding liquid, cools, loses its buoyancy, and falls back to the bottom of the vessel in a cycle that is visually suggestive of pāhoehoe lava, hence the name. A classic lava lamp contains a standard incandescent or halogen lamp which heats a tall (often tapered) glass bottle. A formula from 1968 U.S. patent consisted of water and a transparent, translucent, or opaque mix of mineral oil, paraffin wax, and carbon tetrachloride. The clear water or mineral oil can optionally be colored with transparent dyes. Common wax has a density much lower than that of water, and would float on top under any temperature. However, carbon tetrachloride is heavier than water (also nonflammable and miscible with wax) and is added to the wax to make its density at room temperature slightly higher than that of the water. When heated, the wax mixture becomes less dense than the water, because the wax expands more than water when both are heated. It also becomes fluid, and blobs of wax ascend to the top of the device where they cool (which increases their density relative to that of the water) and then they descend. A metallic wire coil in the base of the bottle acts as a surface tension breaker to recombine the cooled blobs of wax after they descend. However, lava lamps made in China for the U.S. market since 1970 do not use carbon tetrachloride, because its use was banned that year due to toxicity. The manufacturer (Haggerty) stated that their current formulation is a trade secret. The underlying fluid mechanics phenomenon is a form of Rayleigh–Taylor instability. The bulb is normally 25 to 40 watts. Generally, it will take 45–60 minutes for the wax to warm up enough to form freely rising blobs, when operating the lamp at standard room temperature. It may take as long as 2 to 3 hours if the room is below standard room temperature. Once the wax is molten, the lamp should not be shaken or knocked over or the two fluids may emulsify, and the fluid surrounding the wax blobs will remain cloudy rather than clear. Some recombination will occur as part of the normal cycle of the wax in the container, but the only means to recombine all of the wax is to turn off the lamp and wait a few hours. The wax will settle back down at the bottom, forming one blob once again. Severe cases can require many heat-cool cycles to clear. British accountant Edward Craven-Walker invented the lava lamp in 1963 after watching a homemade egg timer, which was made from a cocktail shaker filled with liquids, as it was bubbling on a stove top in a pub for "Display Device" was filed in 1965 and issued in 1968. Craven-Walker's company was named Crestworth and was based in Poole, Dorset, in the United Kingdom. Craven-Walker named the lamp "Astro" and had variations such as the "Astro Mini" and the "Astro Coach" lantern. In 1965, two men named Adolph Wertheimer and Hy Spector were intrigued by Walker’s invention when they saw it at a German trade show. They bought the American rights and began the Lava Manufacturing Corporation in Chicago, IL to sell what they called the Lava Lite Lamp. In the late 1970s, the U.S. rights were sold to Larry Haggerty, who created a subsidiary of his company, Haggerty Enterprises, called Lava World International, which produced American lava lamps for over 30 years. Craven-Walker retained the rights for the rest of the world, and took on two business partners in the late 1980s named Cressida Granger and David Mulley. Eventually Granger and Mulley took over the company and they changed the name to Mathmos in 1992. Edward Craven-Walker remained a consultant until his death in 2000. Mathmos continues to make Lava Lamps and related products. Mathmos won two Queens Awards for Export, as well as Best Multi-Media prize at the Design Week awards. Astro lava lamp was launched in 1963 and celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2013. Mathmos lava lamps are still made in the original factory in Poole, Dorset. In 2008, American lava lamp maker, Lava World International, was acquired by Talon Merchant Capital and the name was again changed to Lava Lite LLC. As of 2016, lava lamps are sold under Lifespan brands in North America.

Ever Wonder Why...

Why is the grass green?

Grass is green because it has chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is the green pigment that absorbs sunlight during photosynthesis.

Why does water have no taste? People experience taste because molecules in food interact with the taste receptors in our mouth. Cake tastes sweet because the sugar reacts with our taste receptors. Water does not contain anything that triggers our taste receptors so it seems tasteless.

Why is water necessary for us to live? We depend on water to carry nutrients and important chemicals to our organs and cells. It also helps flush out our bodies waste. Without water our cells wouldn’t get the necessary things to be healthy.

Why do lightening bugs glow in the dark at night? Many bugs glow in the dark these bugs are called bioluminescent. This means they have cells in their bodies containing luciferin . The luciferin combines with oxygen to form oxyluciferin causing light.

Why do spiders make webs? Spiders make webs to get from place to place, set traps for their food and to make egg sacs to hold their eggs. A spider’s web is make from a sticky type of silk that comes from their abdomen.

Why do some ants have wings? Ants with wings are also called swarmers. They are ants that are old enough to reproduce. Their job is to fly to distant places and set up new ant colonies

Why do camels have humps?

The Full Pink Moon April’s Full Moon, the Full Pink Moon, heralds the appearance of the moss pink, or wild ground phlox—one of the first spring flowers. But don't expect to see shades of rose in the night sky. The Pink Moon will be on full display on Tuesday, April 11. The full moon doesn't take its name from its color, Space.com explains, but rather from the pink flowers named wild ground phlox, which bloom in early spring. It is also known as the Sprouting Grass Moon, the Egg Moon, and the Fish Moon. These names were not invented by The Old Farmer’s Almanac. They were used by early Colonial Americans—who learned the names from the local Native Americans; time was not recorded by using the months of the Julian or Gregorian calendar. Many tribes kept track of time by observing the seasons and lunar months, although there was much variability. The name itself usually described some activity that occurred during that time in their location.

“Little River” - Chapter 16 by: Rachel Holbrook

Abigail pulled the back hatch of her minivan down to close it, and, as she turned to push her shopping cart to the corral in the supermarket parking lot, she muttered, “Dang it!” She had just spotted Tammy Hall walking in her direction. Abigail looked at her phone in her hand as she pushed the cart, hoping Tammy wouldn’t notice her. “Abigail!” Tammy’s nasal voice assaulted Abigail’s ears. Abigail lifted her head and forced a smile. “Oh, hey, Tammy. I didn’t see you there.” “You had your eyes glued to your cell phone,” Tammy clucked. “Everyone’s always glued to their screens these days. That’s why I still have my trusty, old flip phone. I just refuse to isolate myself from people because of a screen.” Abigail swallowed down a retort as Tammy showed her the outdated flip phone she pulled from her pocket. “It’s funny I ran into you today,” Tammy cocked her head to one side, “I was just going to give you a call.” “On your flip phone?” Abigail couldn’t help herself. Tammy laughed, and swatted at the other woman, “Oh, you! You’re always such a cut-up.” “That’s me.” Abigail slipped her smartphone in her back pocket, and gripped the handle of the shopping cart. “What was it that you needed to talk about?” Abigail got calls from the women in her husband’s congregation nearly every day. Some of them called with prayer requests, others with questions, and some of them just called to chat with their pastor’s wife–as a friend. However she had never received a call from Tammy that wasn’t part of her personal agenda. Usually some glorified bit of gossip she wished to confirm or to “put a bug in Pastor’s ear” about something she was “concerned” about. “I just have some concerns,” Tammy answered. She affected a grave look. “I’ve heard some upsetting things about Pastor’s brother.” “About Titus?” Abigail played dumb. “Oh, yes.” Tammy nodded. “I heard about the vandalism.” Abigail hated the way Tammy spoke. All the “oh, you!”s and “oh, yes”s. Abigail was sure an “oh, my” was soon to come. She just nodded in reply to Tammy’s statement. She would make her work for it today. “It’s true, then?” Tammy prodded. “Yes, it’s true.” Abigail squinted against the bright sunshine. “His house was vandalized.” “How does Pastor feel about the situation with his brother?” “He’s obviously upset about it.” Abigail narrowed her eyes. “It’s always upsetting when crimes are committed in Little River. Especially to people we know.” Tammy shifted her weight and peered at the other woman. “But it’s a little bit understandable in this case, don’t you think?” “I don’t know what you’re getting at.” Abigail’s face was stony. “Well,” Tammy looked down at her feet, “living that kind of lifestyle in a God-fearing place like Little River is bound to rub people the wrong way.” Tammy glanced up at Abigail’s face, and quickly added, “Not that I’m condoning vandalism, of course.” “Oh, of course not.” Abigail failed at keeping the sarcasm from her voice. “I know two wrongs don’t make a right,” Tammy had squared her shoulders, as if she were daring Abigail to defend her brother-in-law, “but I’m just saying I can understand the frustration.” Abigail just looked at the other woman. Not to be deterred, Tammy pressed on, “I know a lot of people are talking about it. People are wondering why Pastor doesn’t speak out against his brother’s sinful lifestyle.” She studied Abigail’s face for a reaction. Not finding one, she continued, “People are starting to say Pastor is taking a weak stance against sin,” she paused, then added, “when it’s in his own family.” Abigail felt anger pulsing in her veins. She wanted to smack the self-satisfied look right off of Tammy Hall’s face. Instead, she asked, “What people?” “Pardon?” “What people?” Abigail repeated. “Who is expressing these concerns to you?” “Oh, I don’t want to betray anyone’s confidence,” Tammy said, her smile not reaching her eyes.

email: info@roanereader.com

April 2017

“Yes, I can see how that would be a concern.” Abigail’s pointed look was meant to be demeaning. “We wouldn’t want to violate anyone’s privacy with idle gossip.” “Gossip?” Tammy looked offended. “Oh, my! I would never presume to gossip about your brother-in-law, Abigail. I just wanted to make Pastor aware of the things people are saying. I wouldn’t want his reputation as a Godly man in our community to be hurt.” “Thank you for your concern.” Abigail’s eyes bore into the other woman’s. “I’ve got to be going now. See you later.” As Abigail put her cart away and got into her van, she could feel Tammy’s eyes following her. When she looked in the rear-view mirror to back out of her parking spot, she saw the other woman walking toward the entrance with her flip phone pressed to her face. “Jonathan!” Abigail was calling for her husband the moment she walked through their front door. “He’s outside.” Luke said, not looking up from his video game. Abigail walked through the kitchen, setting the groceries on the table, and went out on the back deck. Jonathan was sitting at the patio table, one long leg crossed over the other, his Bible balanced on his knee. He was staring up into the leaves of the oak tree the kids’ tire swing hung from. When she shut the door, Jonathan stirred from his reverie and smiled at her. “Hey, Babe.” “Hey.” Abigail sat down in the chair next to him. Jonathan peered at his wife’s face, concerned. “What’s wrong?” “Tammy frickin’ Hall is what’s wrong!” Abigail spit out. Jonathan chuckled. “What’s she done now?” “It’s not funny.” Abigail glared at her husband. “She stopped me in the parking lot at Kroger. She said she had concerns about the situation with Titus.” Abigail made quotes in the air with her fingers when she said ‘situation.’ “What situation?” Jonathan asked. “The vandalism?” “No.” Abigail shook her head. “The homosexuality.” Jonathan sighed. “Apparently,” Abigail pushed her hair behind her ear, “people are saying they are concerned you are taking a weak stance against sin.” Abigail again made the air quotes. “People, who?” Jonathan looked weary. “Who knows?” Abigail threw her hands up. “She wouldn’t say. Just said she’s concerned about your reputation. She’s just trying to stir up trouble. It was probably her that spray-painted Titus’ door.” Jonathan laughed in spite of himself. “Abby, I don’t think Tammy Hall TP’d my brother’s trees and busted beer bottles on his porch. Much less spray-painted his door.” Abigail gave her husband a grudging smile. “I wouldn’t put it past her.” Looking thoughtful, she added, “And I really wouldn’t put it past her son.” “You think Jordan did it?” “Who knows?” Abby shrugged. “They seem like the type to do it. When they’re not bombing abortion clinics on the weekend.” Now, Jonathan really laughed. “You crack me up.” Abigail smiled at him. “Don’t worry about Tammy Hall, Honey.” Jonathan reached for his wife’s hand. “Everyone knows she’s just a gossipy busybody. No one takes her seriously.” “I hope not.” “Little River” is an ongoing serial which debuted on 6-30-15. New installments will be published every month in The Roane Reader. If you enjoy this serial you can purchase “Little River” Vol. 1 from Amazon in paperback or as a Kindle book for easy reading on your e-reader devices. Rachel Holbrook writes from her home in East Tennessee, where she lives with her husband and six children. She is currently seeking representation for her first novel.

Dog Days A woman called our airline customer-service desk asking if she could take her dog on board. “Sure,” I said, “as long as you provide your own kennel.” I further explained that the kennel needed to be large enough for the dog to stand up, sit down, turn around, and roll over. The customer was flummoxed: “I’ll never be able to teach him all of that by tomorrow!”

If your dog finds both kinds of clippers intolerable, an alternative tool is a nail grinder, an electric tool that sands nails down. These offer great control, but take longer than clippers and some people (and dogs) find the sounds and vibrations they produce unpleasant.

Getting a fish

FEEDING If you’ve chosen nice, easy-to-care-for fish, feeding will not be a problem. A high-quality package of tropical fish food and a package of bloodworms or tubifex worms will keep your fish fed. Start by giving them just enough to gobble down in two minutes. It is safer to give them too little than too much. You can always add more. Fish food goes stale relatively quickly, so choose a small package and replace it as it runs low every few months. EXERCISE Left to their own devices, your fish will get enough exercise simply swimming around attending to their fishy activities. The slim breeds are much more active than the rounder, long-finned varieties. HOME ENVIRONMENT A canopied fish tank is fine in any home, unless airborne chemicals might be a problem: no insect sprays or air fresheners in the fish room! Other than that, there aren’t too worries about the home environment. There are service companies in many cities which will even come to your home and do fish tank maintenance for you, if you have more money than time. TRAINING You won’t need to train your fish. They’ll just do their thing. WHERE TO NEXT? Don’t expect tropical fish to interact with you much. And, you certainly shouldn’t snuggle them. However, fish can be easy to keep healthy and comfortable
