East Nusa Tenggara Tourism world and investment objectives East Nusa Tenggara PROVINCE is now incessantly increasing investment and tourism promo. It can be showed by the local government and business performers’ high interest in supporting those activities. The governor of East Nusa Tenggara, Drs. Frans Lebu Raya in this case, assures that service processes of investment growth not to be bureaucratic anymore. Through licensing mechanism centered in one stop service system, he also warrants that licensing process completely takes only in two weeks. He reminded that investment climate restructuring needs to be increased in order to open market responses, economic growth and finance. Lodo Kusang, is an a ractive magic impression in Doreng top mountain held on October 2009. The slaughtered boar was cooked and some bacon sized 3x3 cm and rice put on the small plates then distributed to the other stones around. For a few days he was enthusiastic although it was tiring and being sleepiness. Not to be sleeping but his ritual speeches kept assertively. For Weweniur tribe, Eha, Sikka regency, Londo Kusang regarded to be long life debt because every dead people of the tribe needs to be prayed. If not, life always gets trials like being sick, and misfortune. According to the belief, it has been reasonably if the tribe holds such the ritual to offer souls of their
ancestors who died long time ago. The ritual is held communally among tribe members both in related to preparation till offering animals in order that Lodo Kusang kept being survived, a ractive and phenomenal one. The Exotic Traditional Village
Beside beautiful beaches, Nagekeo regency is also rich of inherited cultures. Cultural tourism in Nagekeo regency consists of typical social life survived in traditional villages. Looking closely at Wajo traditional village, it is recognizable that harmony impression of local social life seems to be very sturdy. Row of traditional houses symbolizes on how strong their communal unitary and spirit of gathers. In the middle of Wajo traditional village stands a sacred traditional house. very year, hundreds of people visit Tarung village, Loli sub-district, in the center of Waikabubak, West Sumba Regency. All visitors wear typical Sumbanese weaving clothes. Men wear belt clothes around waist and hung a machete on the right and women wear weaving sarong. They seem to be more adorable although without cosmetic. Women look very elegant scattering smiles. Wula Podu (holy month) strengthens social relationship. Men keep gazing that means rituals impresses spiritual moral although traditional war ceremony is waiting for them. Old and young people and children gather in the village to enliven Wula Podu ceremonial event held in three villages at the same time, namely; Wee Bangga village (about 15 km from Waekabubak), Bodo Maroto (about 3 km from Waikabubak), and Tarung village. Here, in Tarung village the top ceremonial event (wula podu) held where all people get happiness. Its strategic location makes Waikabubak city silent over because most people stay in ceremonial event in Tarung. It is very impressing and people from most villages see it enthusiastically. It never changes from year to year and influenced by urban. “Merapu community in Waikabubak usually holds Wula Podu traditional ceremony between October and November. The date of the month depends on custom leader’s decision. Along the months, Merapu followers are forbidden having party celebrations and building houses and sounding gong. All people obey with the agreed traditional canon and norms and wait for their custom leader’s decision on time certainty of silencing the old traditional village. Therefore, at the end of Wula Podu sounding gongs begins. Merapu people who come out from the main house of Tarung village dance. Males and females dance together here. A man suddenly shouts a word ‘pule’ and the dancers answer the same word afterwards. They all go on dancing happily. Women who wear kapota (a kind of hat) stomp feet to show happiness. Meanwhile, men hold up their machetes by right hands and stomp feet on the ground. People laugh at each other happily. Dancing motion performed by Merapu people for a few days becomes attractive show. It seems no eyes flicker because attractive motion impresses us. Surprisingly, they feel happier when the rain is falling down. They can touch each other with black sand.” Wola Podu …………. When do I go there again?

THE EXISTENCE of the Integrated One Stop Service Office indicates that East Nusa Tenggara province demurely intends serving investors. The official inauguration was held at the time of the East Nusa Tenggara anniversary by the Governor, Frans Lebu Raya and his vice governor,Esthon Foenay. It gets high appreciation from corporate world performers. They even expect that the second licensing service office existed in East Indonesia and it puts up best services and qualified officers.
