Dance it, Move it, Spotlight it Feel the beat, tap the feet and follow the rhythm in your body and heart. The Outreach Program for Soccer (TOPSoccer) is a community-based soccer program for boys and girls and men and women, aged 4 years and older, who have a cognitive and/or physical disability. The program is based on skill level, not age, and participants include players, coaches, and buddy-volunteers who are paired with each player to assist with the game. TOPSoccer creates an environment where all participants make lasting memories and simply have fun with the game!
