SPECIALIZED RECREATION TOPSoccer The Outreach Program for Soccer (TOPSoccer) is a community-based soccer program for boys and girls and men and women, aged 4 years and older, who have a cognitive and/or physical disability. The program is based on skill level, not age, and participants include players, coaches, and buddy-volunteers who are paired with each player to assist with the game. TOPSoccer creates an environment where all participants make lasting memories and simply have fun with the game! Improvements to Lakeview Park There is a new project commencing at Lakeview Park, planned to open January 2019 for a new year of enjoyment! A City of Burien & King County Community Development Block Grant Project will provide: »» Pathway improvements that will relocate the existing pathway away from the root line and provide a safe, more level ADA walking surface. »» A new age-appropriate “Tot” Playground for ages 2 and up to replace the existing older playground. The “Youth” playground to the north will remain.
