SPECIALIZED RECREATION TOPSoccer The Outreach Program for Soccer (TOPSoccer) is a community-based soccer program for boys and girls and men and women, aged 4 years and older, who have a cognitive and/or physical disability. The program is based on skill level, not age, and participants include players, coaches, and buddy-volunteers who are paired with each player to assist with the game. TOPSoccer creates an environment where all participants make lasting memories and simply have fun with the game! If there is a special occasion in your future, the Burien Community Center will be ready to serve you and your guests. Reservations are currently being taken from 3–12 months in advance. Hourly rates of $35–$100 according to event, room, time, and dates. The Burien Community Center Seahurst Room will accommodate up to 200 people and includes an on-site kitchenette. Four smaller meeting rooms can accommodate up to 60 people.
