Qigong at the Beach Saturday, August 22, 10am Seahurst Park, 1600 SW Seahurst Dr, Burien Enjoy a morning of qigong by the beach at Seahurst Park with Sifu Viola Brumbaugh, head instructor at Wise Orchid Martial Arts. Qigong is an ancient method of energy training that combines simple stretching sequences with posture holding. The emphasis will be on body alignment and relaxation.
